Being the weight that he was ,I believe had more to do with his passing than any plan that God had. I perused through some of the comments that were made concerning the death of one God's servants. Many of the comments were thoughtless, unkind, and not necessary. My mother always told me as a kid, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
I don't believe in that saying all the time, but it applies here. God sometimes calls on us to be honest, when it's not nice to do so. The will of God isn't always going to be easy for Christians, and its a tragedy so many churches avoid the hard parts to be a people pleaser.

This is a sad story about a man who was genuine.I am not a "relgious" person but a spiritual one,and please take what I say not as disrespecful but factual in my opinion. Being the weight that he was ,I believe had more to do with his passing than any plan that God had. No way on this earth was he a well man and that could have been prevented if only he would have been pro-activ in his lifestyle. Very sad,and I guess he was relatively young. Too soon.
This was a happy ending for the Bishop. He went straight into the presence of His Lord. For the family they have the consolation that the ending was just what he desired. What could be better?

I don't believe in that saying all the time, but it applies here. God sometimes calls on us to be honest, when it's not nice to do so. The will of God isn't always going to be easy for Christians, and its a tragedy so many churches avoid the hard parts to be a people pleaser.
