I never missed a single Jaya Bhaduri movie all through the 70's. She was such a competent actress that just her name alone was enough to draw crowds and make all her films top box-office draws. She married India's greatest actor, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, raised a family, and her career gradually took a backseat. Her legacy of films from the 70's is enjoyed from time to time by her staunch fans even today. That number from the film 'Anadatta' - Nis a din still brings tears to my eyes. She was the picture of such loveliness you rarely encountered.
She was gem of a woman in those days! So respectful. Respected ,appreciated & loved by everyone! Even the media used to find it easy to approach har. She was always strong & no nonsense person! Hope with her grit she will manage her anger problem even at this age! Such a fine actor! Would love to see har again on screen .
People who are calling her names. They should educate themselves about women and changes that happens to women as one ages i;e menopause and other hormonal changes. Also at the ages she is now why should she give a dime about what others say. Agree about the votes. Be and let be.
