For mine, I would want carpeted bedrooms, a full size opening window in the guest bath and laundry room; for the laundry room I would add the opening window in the middle of the wall where the W/D are, and add a cabinet on each side with a hanging pole between. Also an in swing back door and screen door. This is a GREAT house at a GREAT price! Thanks for the tour!
