That house is just great for people in this housing market. What with the high price of food and gas plus utilities and car payments. You could actually own a house. You might even have some money left over for something fun each month. People really are having a hard time these days. Thanks for sharing and have a nice day.
We purchased a new 4 bedroom 2 bath doublewide with den on 1/2 acre of land for 59,900 before financing in 2000. Payment was 482.00 a month. These days you can't afford anything.
If the sinks, tub showers could be upgraded and cabinets that would make a huge difference and shouldn't effect the price that much, I think most people would be willing to pay more, but it's a great value for a starter home and if you placed it on your land much better than paying rent for an apartment. I am looking to downsize and own land next to my elderly mother, I need to be close to her, I will probably go with an upgraded home maybe one with sheetrock walls, all in all you can't beat the price and time frame to get it vs building, Thank you for your video's they are helpful in making decisions.
Having those stools by the island is misleading, as it is clearly not designed as a breakfast bar. Extention of the counter to accommodate those stools should have been a given. Grrr!
We were unable to tour EVERY home they had on the lot. Yeah, it's that big. Unsure if they sell used homes. Didn't get to see any tiny houses although their website shows they have at least one available. Would highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in the area.
Nice basic home at a great price! I could take it as is with just a few upgrades. I would want full size opening windows in the mas. bath, laundry room, and two in the hallway, door on the laundry room and master closet, and carpeted bedrooms. Nice home for the money, thanks for the tour!
Who ever designed the home did a great job. I am impressed with the efficent use of space. 😊

@@mjc42701 I agree about the upgrades! It would look so much better with nicer cabinets and tubs.

Do they have used homes? Or tiny homes?
