Modern a/c are designed strictly for performance of their roles. Redundancy of power is not considered one of these roles. Stealth is, and the pilots are very happy to have such a small radar and visual profile plane.
It is inconceivable that this plane is built not using the metric system, why on earth does it say "do not cut canopy within 3 inches of frame"? Particularly to a country that has used the metric system for many years.
not really.. when youre looking directly from behind, even the most efficient engine will be a bit smokey, especially at high thrust state.. and don't forget that is one HUGE engine, the most powerful on any fighter jet.
That smoke is from the afterburner, which is dumping more fuel and burning much more for more power, you can always see a big exhaust trail from engines in AB, look closer as you can see as he cuts AB and turns right the smoke drops back to near invisible.
Karar al-shimary You clearly have no idea of the subject. Most fighter jets in history are and were single engine.... Mirage 2000, Eurofighter Tyfoon, MIG-15, MIG-21, MIG-27, F-104 and so on.
@@ClaudeMagicbox your point is kinda invalid, just some twin engine fighters off the top of my head, f22, f18, f15, f4, f14, mig 25, mig 29, mig 35, su35. Idk about you but if I was flying those birds I'd like a second engine to continue on with the mission or at least get me back to wherever I came from.
Todays, engine failures are much less common than in the past, and those few tend to be catastrofic so that, if one occurr, it's unlikely that the aircraft can safely land, even having a second one. Doubling the engines only doubles the chances to have one of those catastrofic failures.
Beautiful video.. Beautiful amazing aircraft

Absolutely. The fact that the Israilie's can fly one undetected into Iran is a pretty good testament to its capability!
Great video as always
Perfect job mate
W l'Italia
That's the real thing, not some cool-looking flying mockup that some countries put in the sky.
Little hot rod.🔥
Great, thanks for sharing.
Beautiful plane I can't stop looking at it it's attractive
There is once said: If it looks good, it will fly good.........
have you been to an eye doctor lately?
Should have gone to Specsavers...
@Susan Ananda Susan, if the U S does not have an ability to protect itself then how can we help others.

F35 smoky?
That’s a spicy meat ball! I hope he still has his noodle!
F-15 & F-16 - lovechild.
Smokey engine for a modern fighter.

F-35 is a modernization of AV-8B Harrier, at least the outside model/design is almost the same
You do realize these two planes has absolutely no connection right? For example one is USA made, other one UK made. Thats just for start..:D
¿Is it supersónic?
Mi Papá yes
it has hyperdrive
15 para fuerza aérea Argentina ssssiii... saludos
Ariel Campagnola sì?
第5世代は、Su-57だろう!
Full afterburner as opposed to 87%? LOL
Gopro Creations LOL :)
Why one engine ? Never stood that idea on a fighter

its smoky...something wrong ?
No. The F35 is a hard smoker 😄😄
Damn this plane looks fat.
This is the reasons of war.
When we invest Weapon rather than education....
So does every country have F-35's now?? I thought that was our "secret weapon" lol
Only allies
I would advise you good F35. Most of the photos has flags of all states which are in F35 program. Only F22 is just USA.
@mike rusch Well I guess he can use google? I believe it is second link at google with "F35" search
Full afterburner to protect open borders and protect the borders!???
clueless
xthanman
That is not an American owned aircraft...
0:58 - look at that wave goodbye, that's either a woman pilot or a gay dude.
Ah the F-35, still crap after all these years.
Ok Scotty, back to bed. It' s still dark outside
Such a ugly plane. Cant wait until the replacement is out.
Well.. so about 20 years maybe more.. you will be old then..
