But the title review Carvana presumably does should have made people at the company wonder.
Ernie is such a great man I swear selling a vet a stolen car paints a good picture
Why was he taking a picture with the car and not his wife? Seems like the was for him, but said it was for his wife to make the news
Maybe his wife requested not to have her pic public.
Relax 🤣🤣
@@ricovali9245 Exactly. Maybe his wife took the photo of her husband next to the car he purchased for her. Seems reasonable.
She’s with her side dude she’s mad about the truck
1 mil.. I’m not even mad at him 😂😂😂😂 he tryna get every Pennies worth
Of course he is going after a million… can’t miss the opportunity right
Seems like the thing to do for every American.
@@ICantBreve reparations....everyone wants 'reparations'.....lol
@@ICantBreveAll the most scariest people hiding behind fake propaganda profiles!🤡
If that was a white person suing, I’d see less disagreements with the lawsuit on here.
@@apexone5502 Facts! They quick to sue for anything but we can’t lol!
1m for personal emotional injuries? Now i dont know whats more bad, him buying a stolen car he did not know, or what he is asking for for whats he’s been through. But 1 mill????? Now thats a rip off
First mistake was buying a mazarati
Million dollars? I was all on his side till I heard he was suing for a million dollars damage. That’s lame.
Him suing for $1 million shows what kind of person he is. He deserves compensation but he’s trying to exploit the situation. Gross.
He has the right to sue. People on here complaining. What if it was a white person that was doing the suing, I bet the comments will be different.
There's no way that a serious buyer mistakes a 2017 for a 2021. & he shouldn't have been purchasing a vehicle like that at Carvana anyways. Smh.
face lifted in 21’. buddy is just stupid
He's a middle class guy, he shouldn't be buying a car he can't afford. $68K for a used car is ridiculous. This is God sending him a message, stop showing off and buy a Hyundai..
He hasn't been damaged anywhere in the league of requiring a million in compensation.
He was arrested m… I.e emotional distress
@@naomi7594 He said he took it into the dealership and the dealership told him it was stolen and contacted police. He was never arrested LOL
Dont be stupid, dont buy from Carvana, period.
I hope more ppl take legal action against this company, smh.
Another black eye for Carvana.
Another white guilt for Carvana I'd say.
This stuff seems to happen to Carvana alot.
I know it's expensive and not everybody can afford it but this is why I only buy new at the specified brand dealership
I only buy used directly from the previous owner. Used car lots are a scam.
Due diligence works. I haven’t bought a new car since 1990. I keep Ford trucks and have my mechanic inspect. Buying one with 100000 on the odometer means I can put another 200000 on it, pay 1/4 the new price and put the balance in investments.
Or I buy a sports car, inspect it myself, and know buying a classic sports car means money spent on upkeep and repair.
Either way, I calculated that in 33 years I saved well over $200000 in vehicle devaluation and interest payments.
It’s quite obvious this is not a 2021 Levante based off the taillights alone. There are plenty of other things that point to it being the older generation…and him being an Army veteran has what to do with this story?
Gift your wife or husband or Partner a Toy like THAT , and you're making your wife or husband or Partner a CARJACKING TARGET 🎯.
Shut up!!! 🤡🙄 Just say YOU'RE broke!! 🤡
Are we suppose to live in a bubble? Ppl should be am to buy nice things since they have worked hard
HOW EFFIN CONDESCENDING can Carvana be.... ...FIRST, denied responsibility MULTIPLE times, "apologized for HIS experience" and not for THEIR POOR verification process or incompetent technicians who didn't do their jobs and check those VIN numbers and offered a MEASELY $1,000 for all the inconvenience and/or to do business with another carvana vehicle , cops thinkin he stole the vehicle, probably hemmed him plus the embarrassment .... glad he lawyered up!
That dealership has also been known to sell vehicles without clear title. Not cool at al.
When both the door and the dash VINs match, any dealer would have sold the car because the VIN check would have not shown it as stolen. Carvana got suckered the same as the guy. He deserves his money back. I was on his side until his money grubbing lawyer whispered in his ear and had him sue for $1,000,000. That just shows how pathetic both the customer and his stain lawyer are.
It’s not even that, you have to realize carvana has title issues lol, in Illinois & Nc they’ve been banned from selling and then they promised to “act right” yet they continued with their devilish behavior.
Makes a person wonder how many stolen cars pass thru Carvana
Get em!!!
Bro what if you would buy this car on the street? Its your full responsibility to verify vin number as a buyer, especially during huge purchase. Nothing wrong with Carvana
This is a good man....going beyond his turbulence in order to avoid anyone else going through this!!! 😊😊😊
Typical for some who buys a Maserati for status and knows nothing about the brand and what he is even buying. How do you not know it’s a 2017?
🤡
I’m surprised my bro actually got the car he wanted from carvana and everything checks out. He does have a better eye than me or is just super lucky
WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU...
***DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM CARVANA***
He’s seeking $1M 🤣🤣🤣
