What are your thoughts on merging the 24-70 and 70-200 and just using the 35-150, while still having the 12-24? I know it can always be challenging to switch up workflow/what we are use to but I am always trying to streamline ;)
Is the 35-150 f2.8 though? I find having the f2.8 from the 24-70 and the 70-200 really useful. Also the focal length I use most is around the 24-35mm range so I would be missing that.
Great information here! consider to buy one as well and hesitating to choose which color. Does the black one get dirty very easy and look very obvious with dirty ? feel the grey ones will not show any dirt but prefer this black colorway.

Great vid. Always curious to see other photographer's equipment. I haven't made the jump to mirrorless so I'm still in the Nikon DLSR ecosystem, but keen to move to Sony. The problem is having to replace all of my lens set up which I've built over the past 10 years. I currently have a Nikon D850, with a similar lens ranges to you (15-30mm, 24-70mm & 70-200mm). I'm conscious of the weight too which makes lens selection tricky when going on overseas trips. My bag is one of the Lowepro 300AW which is big, but I love the idea of side access like yours. Also love the idea of the camera skirt, I've always felt like an idiot trying to wrap my jumper around the camera when shooting through windows. Cheers mate, keep up the good work! ✌️

If you're looking to make the jump you could potentially get an adapter so you can still use your Nikon lenses or you might just have to try to sell the Nikon gear maybe to make up for the money? Doesn't the Lowepro 300AW have side access too?
@@demasrusli Thanks, I didn't think of the adapter thing. It's just a matter of buy then sell. I guess I could do it. I only just got the D850 a year ago and was so close to moving over to Sony. Next upgrade I think I will. My Lowpro just has one main opening, it has plenty of space though, but once it's full with all those 3 lenses and the camera body it weighs so much. I had a Slingshot bag years ago that had a side opening so you could swing it around. They were quite good. Keen to look at the Peak one though.

Hey man, I love your photography and videography. I am wondering, why travel photographers don’t use flash or LED lights tables? What if there no source of natural light? Will aperture f1.8 or f2.8 be enough? I own the RF24-105 F4 which sucks at low light situations. Professional photographers told me to just buy a flash and don’t invest in lenses cos F4 is enough. I’am little confused. I need your enlightenment and guidance pls, thanks 🙏
Thanks so much! To be honest I've never used or bought a flash before. I like the more natural look when shooting my photos. It really depends on what youre after though. If there is really not enough light, I try with other light sources, like car lights, or even just my phone torch just to add more focus into the image

I always just try to not be seen haha it's a tough one for sure because I actually can't put any of my gear into Check-In because it's too fragile... So if they call me out I usually just say I am a photographer and there's no other way I can travel.. If they fine me then I would have to pay it :( But most of the time they're ok with it!

(not sure if links will be auto-removed). kit.co lets you sign in with multiple amazon affiliate links, and lets you compile "kits" of products, in a similar way you organized your gear page. But the best part of it is that it will see where the viewer is coming from, and redirects them to their local amazon page.
I wonder how heavy that bag is. Most people knows how uncofortable PD bags are under heavy loads. I only use mine with 1-2cameras and a laptop with some accessories. And man my shoulders are sore in just half an hour

Ok dude, I like your calm style and especially love your photos, was ready to watch the video and move on but then you talk about the Mavic at the end an made me realize your thumbnail and image @:12 was complete BS. You can't show the mavic there with everything else as if you fit the Mavic bag inside the 20L ED Backpack...
The thumbnail and the image at 0:12 also show the Mavic Bag that I carry the Mavic in as a sling whenever I need to take my drone out... I also show the Mavic Bag in this video too :) The actual Mavic itself, the Smart Controller and 2 extra batteries can actually fit in the 20L ED Backpack too with all my other camera gear as well

Ye it does get quite heavy.. I think with a laptop in it and a tripod attached to the side it could be about 15-16 kgs+
