Can you tell me that is there any plugin which allows you to shape that wave which we see in the plugin on the right side of your video

If i understand it correctly. you are asking if you can shape let say a sine wave that you see on MOscilloscope? If yes, then almost all plugins (synths) are able to do so with the help of FM or adding another layer of oscillator with a different waveshape. However if you want to manually shape the plugin, maybe check out Vital or Rapid.
