thanks , i had to figure out on my own my laptop is using the D drive , i changed the command To D: instead anyone had problems like me just follow the steps keep change to D: instead Of C: it will work. thanks video !

No popup came up after control command please help
It usually don't work even before cmd option it asks for account and the moment u select the account then it asks for password. So its useless. For this you require a bookable iso usb drive to reset password or hbcd iso file to reset it.
At min 4 after typing copy cmd.exe iron-man. exe
It says
Overwrite utilman.exe? (yes/no/all)
...
What to type?

I managed to change password using your method
First I put the mouse at on off
Then move the mouse to restart
Then I press ALT and shift together and same time click the mouse.
Then only it can restart.
