the best advice i got for csgo aim training is that if you miss a shot on a bot move on to the next (do not shoot the same bot again) helped me alot
Very true, you’re not proving anything to anyone in practise. Totally agree with that mate
@@kneel69 You're not proving anything to anyone in ranked neither. Play relaxed.
@@kneel69*practice (btw i love guide, was absolutely smooth)
@@shturmoneypractise*
In UK English, “practice” (with a “c”) is the noun and “practise” (with an “s”) is the verb. In US English, “practice” (with a “c”) is used as both noun and verb. “Practise” (with an “s”) is never used.

A sum up would have been the cherry on top, so here it is
Aim Routine:
Strafe Tracking (5min) 3:28
Arm Tracking Cooldown (2min) 3:47
180 Strafe Flicks (10min) 4:07
Arm Tracking Cooldown (2min) 4:37

Thank you :))
51min warmup to play a quick 30min premier match??? XD
@@epix1837That's not a warm up that's a training
50 min warmup. Fuck yeah
@@epix1837 Let's say you play six hours of CS over the week. If you do nothing, your games will probably be mediocre. If you spend one of those six hours on this warmup, you will slowly see improvement, and if you do it as a warmup for a longer sesh, I guarantee you'll see some improvement (you also need to have the right mindset imo)
This is the best training video I’ve seen. It’s not flashy, but covers the most fundamental aspects of aim in cs I’ve had to learn over the course of 20 years playing cs.
From a player with 6k hours, this video is really educational and explains a lot of the core fundamentals. Great work Kneel!
Thank you very much mate :) much appreciated
This video is great! Another way to practice flicking in particular, different to the smoothness you talk about, is to focus on fast flicking toward the next target as fast as you can (with relaxed arm and shoulders of course) and then take your time to correct the under/over flick before killing the target. It's a renowned way to speed up your flicking and focus on accuracy at the same time within the aiming communities of Kovaak's/Aimlabs etc
I'd like to argue that positioning and timing are just as important if not more important than aim personally, you should make a video explaining positioning and rotation concepts too so that way people can get a full understanding of how they can improve overall!
This is a great idea mate. I was planning on making a video on util usage after this, but I might make this video a reality first. You’re a legend mate :)
Most MGs have the same positions as a Global, sometimes even timing. The real difference is just consistency especially when it comes to aiming.
Like you can literally pull up stat trackers to see where the small differences are.
@@merchant_of_kek5697 disagree, in my experience you can only get so good at aiming, of course higher ranks will be better, but many lower rank players can kill just as fast. lower rank players can play the same angles as high rank, but their understanding of positions isn’t as good, ex brackets on inferno, in my faceit 10 games most of the time its 1 lane, 1 arch, 1 aps, and arch knows to rotate first and other 2 reposition to cover everything, like 1 pit, 1 arch. and often in even level 8 or 9 games, people don’t cover everything, like 2 play arch and you lose lane, or the aps guy pushes too far away to help, or when arch player rotates and it gets left open for a wrap.
Man your videos are so well made. Just calm, collected, no judgement only good advice and learning experiences.
Thank you mate I appreciate it :))
Amazing! Working slowly and building good habits is key to growing in this game!
I love how you say “Speed comes naturally” that’s genius!
Hahaha I love the soft therapeutic vibe in these videos. It’s almost like listening to a yoga dvd at times. ”Try to be as relaxed as possible…” ”do that for five minutes or so…”
This was a very helpful video, thank you. I haven't seen many people talk about the elbow+wrist & mousepad position before, but it plays a huge part in my inconsistency. Great tips and practice routine, going to spend some time there.
Yo your editing is beautiful, really enjoyed watching you explain the theory. I stream on twitch and play on a serious level so i didn't come for the theory but more so for the quality of the editing, pacing, script etc. You've inspired me today, so thanks for that. Big up man! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Really been loving your videos mate! I rarely watch any video game content on TH-cam. Clear, good length, chill, and funny. I'm excited to start using the routine given for warmups. I'm new to CS and started playing Nov last year with a new friend group, definitely caught the bug once I got a bit more familiar with it and have been consistently playing since March. It is really daunting being a good FPS player your whole life then starting from the bottom in a franchise based so heavily around knowledge and game sense. Not to mention your friends and opponents have been playing basically the same game over 1-2 decades with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5+ thousand hours under their belt! I'm
Love that lad cs is a great game and I hope you like it and stick around with us! Good luck in your improvement mate and thank you for the kind comment :))
The gen4 pokemon music, I love you bro 😭😭😭
Hahaha love to hear it mate :))
It was really helpful to hear someone emphasize relaxed and focused practice. Tough balance-beam to walk sometimes
2k hour player looking to take my game to the next level. Your video has some new drills that I am going to try ASAP! Awesome content mate, subbed.
Great video, though I applied the teachings to other situations and now I'm in Court on Tuesday! (I dunno, I'm an Aries). Keep up the amazing work!
Good luck in court! But I support your cause as long as you like and subscribe!
another kneel banger. your editing style and your commentary are insanely good for how small a channel you currently are, and I fully expect you to be a huge channel in the coming years. Keep it up
Thank you mate I appreciate the kind words :))
What he said.
@@KannenOnYT that’s so thoughtful of you! Thank you so much! :p
Great to see people with a healthy attitude in CS2. I'm 44 and have been playing for 150 hours. My aim has already improved a lot, but your video helped to see the bigger picture. Cheers
amazing video, editing felt like someone with many more subscribers, keep up the great work :)
Thank you mate I appreciate that :)
Extremely helpful video Kneel, probably one of the best guides out there. Would like a guide about spray control that most of us especially now struggle with.
I'll be sure to cover this in the future mate thank you :)
Hands down the best cs guide I have ever watched..
Exceptional warmup routine (and explanation)👌Would recommend mine is very similar
One thing ive never heard about improving your aim is to be confident in your shots and you've explained it very well 👍
I love you Kneel! Thank you for this ❤️
This channel is gonna build up a super wholesome community, and I want in
you're in, anime avatar.

Thank you mate I appreciate the kind words :)
Very well-made Video man! Keep up the great work and you'll definitely be going places in the Cs-Scene
Thank you! I’ll be posting as long as I enjoy it, and right now I’m hooked haha

Nice to see a chill cs video. Good guide, I’m subbing for sure.
Thank you mate I appreciate the support :)
good video :), im about to give this routine a try
I kept admiring how clean the editing is, its really hard to learn abobe stuff for me atleast. Nice vid :)
I’m learning new things every vid, thank you for the appreciation it takes a long time :)
great video kneel. I wdefinitely learned a lot of stuff and gonna practice from now on.
really cool tips and advice, I'm still tweaking my warmup routine and I want it to actually mean something and develop myself rather than just mindlessly shooting others in DM, thnx!
Hi bro! I've recently discovered your channel when I decided to put in hours to improve my CS gameplay, and I just wanted to say that your content is so good! Please keep up the good work! Cheers mate!
Thank you mate I appreciate that a lot :) I’m glad you like the videos!
Thank you for the video, it is great and you touch many different topics no other youtubers do.
Cheers mate I’m glad you liked it :))
Keep up the good job with that videos !
What a great video. Thank you very much. Gotta sub for this great work. ❤
Great video! helped me a lot, keep up the good work :D
Hey im loving your videos, i've just started cs2 after playing csgo for maybe like 10 hours but i do alot of aim training and do really well in like 1v1s but as soon as i hop into a competitive or faceit game i think my confidence is what holds me back because when someone peeks me i never feel like i am anticipating a peek. But i guess this is the sort of thing that comes with playtime. Also i have created a terrible habit of pulling down my spray way to early and end up shooting legs.. anyways ill give some of your routines a go!
You deserve wayy more subs man these videos are amazing.
Thank you mate that's the dream hahha, I love making these vids rn tho, and comments like these are one of the main reasons I do it :)
Love your videos bro helps me a lot keep up the good work definitely got my sub 💪🏻
Ayy cheers big dawg!! Much appreciated :)
Thx for the Video. I struggle a lot with crosshair pl.and spraying. VERY good explaining btw. :)
❤
Thank you for watching and I appreciate the kind words :))
just found this vid thru YT recommendations. love the editing and pace of the video!
Welcome aboard mate thank you!
Came in to this video expecting nothing, got tons of great tips in a surprisingly soothing setting
Love to hear that mate! :))
You are so underrated, u need more subs. Great content, great montage, great voice!
Thank you mate I'm glad you like it :)))
why is this relaxing as if i would be meditating :D
Nice video dawg. Keep it up
Your videos are so high quality man I wish I had the determination to make such bangers of videos for my dying channel lmao
Your mindset is so Xen. Great video
something that ive personally found to be super helpful to warm up my "mousepad comfortability" is surfing on my in game sens, it forces you to get every inch of the mousepad and make smooth controlled adjustments in odd parts of it and for me is super satisfying so i just toss in 20 minutes of surfing before my routines but im definitely going to check this out for 30 days
That’s a bangin idea lad and I should’ve mentioned it in the video! Thank you for adding to the topic my mate :)
this is a crazy awesome guide!! already sent it to my buddy so he can watch it!!
Thank you mate :)) I really appreciate it
another banger, thank you for the advice and the fire content!!
My pleasure!! Glad you like it :))
bro why is this video so relaxing
dude this video makes me feel good inside
please make more
I will do!
Great vid. I appreciate the deeper analysis of aim.
Thank you mate I’m glad you like it!
Thank you bro!
That helps A LOT!
Glad it helps my brother! Thank you for the question, you're a real one :))
Great video man
Thank you :))
taking deep breaths with a 4 second hold between rounds is a great way to keep calm so you dont wiff during intense moments
Man ur work is absolutely great keep it up i finally found a person that isn’t like “shoot head for 2 hours…”
Subscribed! Good content
Bloody lovely!
insane thank you brother
Really Nice routine, Thanks for the Content Kneel
My pleasure! Thank you :)
Thing is, a lot of people are struggling with hitting moving enemies, including me. That's not really included in the practice routine. You can train all day with static targets but at the end of the day that's nothing like a real competitive game. Also, the hard part about hitting enemies is when they switch directions. I never have time to react to it so I end up spraying just next to them because they either stopped their movement or started strafing suddenly. I feel like this is a reaction time issue...
Nice video man gonna learn now
Holy sheet! Chrono Trigger OST intro!! Thank you for reminding me!
Very good video!
I've been personally enjoying Refrag recently, especially the 'crossfire' mode. It's basically training scenarios on the competitive maps where bots peek you from common angles in a pretty realistic way, sometimes 2 or 3 at a time and will headshot you if you're not fast enough or not using cover. It really helps with target prioritization and trying to overcome that feeling of urgency in a hectic situation that makes you start panic spraying.
It's a paid service but I feel like $7 a month is worth it if you're serious about improving.
I think it’s also important to mention that tendinitis is a real problem. Take it from me, guitar player for 25 years, cs player since 1.3. Don’t forget to stretch! It really helps. Look up hand and wrist stretches it can save you a lot of pain over the years.
Instant like for using Guardia Forest music from Chrono Trigger!
I love your videos bro, im rooting for you
Thank you mate it means a lot :)
Massive Video! Keep it up
Thanks! Will do!
Lovely content. I have discovered this channel and I love how calm u teach us. PD: sorry for my bad english, Im from spain JAJJAJA
Thanks so much for the video man, trying all of this out at the moment along with your mindset video.
2 things:
1. I really struggle in the heat of the moment to remember to relax and pick my shots - does practice remove this or am I screwed?
2. The "chill" knife circling is the hardest part for me for sure. Find it so difficult!
I think one of points made was the two pivot points, your elbow and wrist. When I first started CS, this was the way, after about 2k hours, I adjusted my sensitivity se low that my elbow is now my only pivot point. My wrist almost never moves, which makes accuracy insane. This is my way of playing though, and you need a rather large mouse mat to accomplish this.
this video was smooth af, need this smoothness in my game for sure ha
Thank you mate haha I try :)
Thank you g got my first ace prob luck
How did you calm me down slot mentally woth a video like this this id so grest really good video yourr amazing
Hahahaha thank you! I appreciate that :)
Nice Video but actually my biggest problem are days, where enemies ONLY oneshot you on sight instant and you lose big time. next day, same rank enemies and we just make them cry. Sometimes I think it is cursed or we live in a simulation lol
another banger, 1k subs incoming brother
Awesome video. Def earned a sub!
Thank you mate :))
Great video man love the routine on aimbotz gonna have to give it a try 👍 I get lazy on diagonal counter-strafing lol
Great vid🎉🎉 banger outro song, whos it is?
we need more quality youtubers like u!
Thank you :))
I bloomin love that cs2, me aims increased cus of the vid woah!
Let’s fucking av it lad, enjoying the videos man!
Thank you man :))
no u r bloody lovely, thank you
What a lovely fella hey!
That’s sooo amazing man! Well done for doing this video!! I did not quiet catch the first part “ counter-strafing “ if you move w + a 8:10 and the enemy is in front of you you stop by pressing “ d “ and aim? And what’s the best sensitivity in your opinion? I used to play cs 1.6 sens 6 in windows 400DPI and 3.2 in game
Keep this ultimate chill back ground Music
It Sounds Like a mix of Pokémon, harvest Moon and stardew valley 😊
Great Video btw
Thank you :) I will do!
nice video boy... cheers from Brazil
That’s so sick mate thank you!
Nice idea, using some nintendo music classics in your videos, really fiting :)
oooo good idea!
nice video mate!
excelente content.
Cheers mate :))
Woohoo! banger video again! 🫶🏻
Also what’s the outro song?! It sounds really niceee 🥹🙏🏻
Thank you!! :))
And it's a song I made a while back hahaha, I'm glad you like it
@@kneel69 Plz uploaddd it somewhere 😮😎🤩
4:19 that's conor mcgregors old saying (or idk if hes the origin but he was huge on it) that he liked to focus on for his counterstriking
Google says it originated from the navy seals, but I'm not sure mate hahaha. Great little mantra tho so it doesnt surprise me that mgregor was huge on it :)
yo great video, i am going to try out that routine to see if i can get more consistent. My main problem is not holding the spray down long enough, i always seem to to be one bullet short. i really prefer to tap shoot.
Thank you mate :) I hope the routine helps!
Yo I swear I just bought some gloves off of you and I got this video on my youtube home page xD
My man straight from Donegal!
