That looks phenomenal. A savoury crumble! Fantastic idea.
Looks lovely, looking forward to making this. Thinking it would be good with curry spices added for another take on it but will make it as you have first. Thanks for sharing, take care xxx
Happy to hear it. You’ll love it as it is and then will feel exactly how to play with your own version after that 😍✨✨✨
Wow!! I can not wait to try it, it looks amazing
Found this video after watching your creamed coconut video from 7 years ago! In this, at 5 mins, when you said you can add anything I'm afraid my first thought was lamb. I'm clearly not ready to go vegetarian or vegan, but I'm moving in that direction for many reasons. I will try this in the way described in the video, it looks really nice. Subscribed.
Ah that video is really popular. Huge fan of creamed coconut I hope it helped 😁🙌
Ah yes I didn’t mean lamb 😜 I should be more specific haha. I think you’ll love this recipe. Enjoy!
It's in the oven now and looks and tastes amazing even the crumble!!! Well done Anastasia!!
Ahhhh happy to hear you have made this. I wonder if there is any left now haha.
@@KindEarthTV Ha Ha just devouring the leftovers now! It is/was amazing!!
@@silverfoxpin excellent!
French Puy lentils are very expensive here. Is it possible to use other lentils instead?
Ah no im sorry to hear it! Where are you?
I would swap for green or brown lentils and reduce the cooking time so they don’t turn to mush. Or what lentils do you have the option of?
@@KindEarthTV Thanks. We live in a central Texas.
Ahhh ok. I’ll ask my mam who lives in Hawaii what she uses as she does all of my recipes. She might know a good option.
@@KindEarthTV she probably has a wider range of products available to her than we have in central Texas. I can get the ubiquitous brown/tan lentils for around $1.50/lb, but I would have to have French lentils shipped. The cheapest brand is $9.50/lb, with most brans costing $12-$13/lb.
She said she tends to buy regular green lentils instead. Not sure they have more choice there tbh. She shops between the health food store and Costco 😆 Same problem there.. they are pricey and have to be bought online. They must be more of a European thing.
