We have grown a variety of squash this year here in Essex near Colchester,we grew the basic courgettes yellow and green , we dehydrated some then powdered some of them we put some in freezer, we grew butter nut, spaghetti squash mashed potato squash and sweat dumplings squash, we are really enjoying the spaghetti ones, we have enough stored to last until about April.

I'm in the US...first time watching your show, and this is perfect for me! I was looking for a beautiful Thanksgiving dish, and this is it. I can't have almonds, so walnuts will go in instead. Another lovely rescipe - thank you. All my favurite ingredients - thought I might try hazel nuts instead of almonds. I know almonds are very creamy - but hazel nuts have a bit more flavour? I'll see what works. But thank you again - I love your recipes, they are so homely. And I love that you use the pans you've used for a while - instead of brand new one!

I think the loaf tin in the video was my Mam’s and I got it over 22 years ago when she emigrated to the US! It’s seen some use for sure 😁✨✨✨
