    Jake, thanks so much for coming to visit our church in Norfolk, NE! We are beyond blessed with the ability and resources to Point People To Christ! Not only is our church a place for members of Our Savior, but it is a place for all people from all walks of life. We hope this tour was a blessing to all viewers and an encouragement those on worship teams/ a nudge for those interested in joining worship team. My God bless you all in your ministry as we bring people closer to Christ!

      We are currently turning a concrete tilt up into our church as well. What did you do for heat in the auditorium? The concrete floors really retain the cold weather. Is that some kind of giant rug you have down?

    My church used to be like this. We had 1 Service at 9am called Traditions in our main worship center which had the choir and a more classic vibe to it. and then we had a service called Access which was at 9:00 and 10:45 in the gym and another access at 10:45 in the Worship Center. But after covid they stopped doing that and now its the same service in the same area at 2 times but the music group switches off every week.

    Skaarhoj makes some great stuff. I recently replaced our PTZ joystick with a Skaarhoj PTZ Extreme. Takes a little effort to program and customize, but works great!

    That drum enclosure is the cleanest version of that design I've seen yet. Another thing I noticed is the Canon XA45 cameras used - we bought the XA40 in 2020, and for the life of me, I can't get the image to look even decent, it's super grainy even at low ISO, aperture all the way open, bitrate settings adjusted, flat image, etc. Maybe we got a bad apple. But now we use my R6 as the follow cam and the 5D4 as a wide cam.

    • @TimothyFish
      @TimothyFish 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm a little surprised. I have an XA45 and it has good picture quality, even in low light. I wish I had another one, but I can't convince myself to spend the money.

    Nice setup of both lighting and sound. We also are using the TF-1 for both in house and Livestream. I would like more info on how they are doing it at such a quality level. Also we have Dante in the console connected to the Tio1608 stage box. We are running tracks into one channel but would like to find out how to multitrack out of ipad using Dante to the console.
    Thanks

    I would really like more info on the BSS processor that was used to send audio to the stream. We have struggled mixing the live audio because we do not have the space for a dedicated mixing board and this seems like a possible solution. There seem to be many options ranging from $1500 to over $7500 and I'm not sure what is needed. Thanks. Awesome video!

    wouldn't 2 different styles of worship service cause unnecessary division in the church? it seems to me that ppl are only drawn to one or the other based off of style and not teaching. wouldn't it be more beneficial to have 1 style of worship and lead the congregation into the unity of christ? it just seems like a lot of effort for something with 0 influence on one's salvation and causes division.

    • @GaricsPeter
      @GaricsPeter 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I agree. Is the style really that important, especially when the traditional church style is not a legacy of the building but an artificially fabricated one? I heard older folks criticize youngsters for their obsession for the modern style but they do the same if they insist on the traditional style so much they construct a fake chapel (I guess older generations prefer that style). This is just the battle of tastes. I'm not trying to defend the modern style it just feels weird that you get to choose styles like it is a cafe menu.

      I must admit that the amount of tech and jargon just left me dizzy.
      In this situation I suppose that the traditional chapel would be the go to for weddings and the contemporary hall with the tank of CO2 for the pyrotechnic light show.
