Just replaced the tube light successfully, Couldn't get any electrician to come and get it done wasn't any light finally watched it and got it done... Loads of thanks mate

im literally about to change a bulb at my girlfriends moms house been asking myself am i even special to my girlfriend in terms i cant explain was feeling this way until the end of the video "youre very special and created for a purpose" and God loves you , thank you for helping me feel better even when my girlfriend cant if the relationship breaks its God's will not mine and im ok with it amen!

I did this but now the light doesn’t come out instantaneously as it did with the old tube. For a fraction of a second the light is dim then lights normally. As if it had two gears. Turn on light dim light wait 0.1 sec then full light. Ballast is electronic no starter. Is this normal, do new tubes need break in? What could it be? Thank you
