Very nice. Suggestion: Instead of letting dough rise in warmed oven, I heat a cup of water in the microwave, then push the cup of hot water to the side inside the microwave. Place your bowl of dough, which is loosely covered, inside the microwave. Your dough will rise beautifully as the inside of the microwave will be warm & humid. This is what works for me.
@petitbakehouse My pleasure. I think it is such a waste to warm the oven to let dough rise. Also one can never know exactly what the temperature of the oven is to ferment the dough, what if the dough gets cooked?
@@glynislailann9056 you don’t actually warm the oven you just turn the oven light on works for me every time. But I would incorporate your suggestion because at some point you have to preheat the oven so I will get the microwave idea ready for the last few minutes that it takes to preheat the oven.
It’s so helpful when people such as yourself give us the dimensions of the rectangle that we are rolling out so many other people might say 1/8 of an inch for example but it’s extremely helpful to know the approximate size Since I don’t like to waste food, is it possible to just bake one tray one tray first to get the correct time and let the other tray sit for an extra 15 minutes? And in regards to somebody else’s comment about your SCO, you might just look up on TH-cam on how to turn that setting on . I can’t remember how to do it, but I know that putting those. #cinnamon tags for example help
Thank you, that's very kind of you! The dimensions of the rectangle are rather important, otherwise the cinnamon twists might turn out too thin or too thick. This could lead to difficulty while actually twisting them, and so on, and so forth. So yeah, the rectangle size is important! Sure, you could just eyeball it, but that doesn't always work 😉 Yes you absolutely can bake one tray at a time. If anything, it's preferable. It gives you better control over baking / browning, temperature, less stress, etc. - it's just easier. It might not be very obvious in the video, but that's what I did myself. The other tray can sit at room temperature for 20 minutes and much more, easily. The only thing that will happen, is the twists rising slightly more, especially if they're sitting in a warm room. So there, don't worry about this! And about the youtube video stats, I am not worrying much. In fact, I find the video is doing just fine without any optimisations or seo or whatever they call it. Sure, it might do better if I take better care of all the details, but then again, it might not. So yeah, whatever, I just like to film my videos! 👨🍳 So there you go. Thank you for your comment and I hope you have a lovely day! Cheers! 💐
@ depending if I stay here for Christmas, I’m going to try cinnamon twists. I bought some cinnamon buns at my local grocery store and they’re OK satisfies the craving.😂😂👍🏻
Please don't change your setup, before ASMR became a trend, sounds were simply just sounds and nobody felt entitled to complain. As a cook/baker myself, keep your channel just the way it is. People need to learn to be less entitled, they can simply turn off their volume @petitbakehouse
I watched your TH-cam video. Your every video is really awesome. But your channel and your videos expect more views and subs. I analyzed Your TH-cam channel and I found TH-cam video SEO is not done. This is why your video is not going viral and views are not increasing. Thank You
Thank you very much for the tips! If my videos go viral - that's great! But if they don't, I'm perfectly fine with it. I am enjoying doing what I do as it is. But anyways, thanks once more!

Thank you! Very useful suggestion about the microwave. I might do this from now on 😉👍

InsyaAllah, i will try to make this. But i will use instant puff pastry to save time.
That sounds really tasty ! Yum
great recipe. Do you think these could be prepared and kept in refrigerator overnight and baked in the morning?
Oh yes, definitely! Just make sure to cover them with plastic wrap. Also, remove from the fridge around 1 hour before the baking 🙂

Yes, you could be right! Although from my experience it doesn't really make much of a difference 🙂
Will definitely be making this and have liked but had to turn your voice off as the background ASMR sounds were too much
Thank you! Yes I have agree, I have to improve the sounds. Maybe simply to make them quieter. Anyways, thank you!
