Cheers Tom. Aye it was super hot. Giving in was never really an option. My leg issues are more of a discomfort than an injury - but nonetheless I still need to get it fixed. So frustrating.

Really good video! I have done the 45 a couple of times and you are way more upbeat than I ever was. Good result too - well done

Cheers. Always try and smile for the camera. It’s the pain in between times you don’t see 🤣

I always find your runs very inspirational and honest. Well done! Sounds like you need a good sports massage!!!

Yeah I reckon I need someone to have a proper good go at the leg over a few sessions.

Great effort Ross.. and brilliant preparation for the RAS..looked a really tough challenge especially with the heat.. love how you do these challenges now and only think of finishing.. never mentioned DNF ing despite your bad leg..great support from your wife as well.. we’d never be able to enjoy doing ultras without family support.. well done..👏👏..

Fantastic achievement mate, really impressive 👍🏼 hope that dip in the sea was a good 1!
    You deserve way more subs.
What scares me about these kinda distances is going the wrong way and getting lost, I’d be terrified 😂

Lol I’d be lying if I said folk didn’t get lost from time to time. My trusty Fenix 7 and OS app combo usually see me right 🤣
