Without these Video’s the last two months would’ve been so much more difficult. I cannot thank Coach Blac enough for these daily videos of guidance. As previously mentioned in other videos, I’ve had the time to work on myself but over the holidays, not having the person I shared so many memories with, makes me feel really isolated and alone. Within 2 - 3 months she delivered a book through an online plarform (completely ignored)... By that time I was engaging myself in my work, upskilling , went to gym, meditating. In short, I developed myself. And the need for her vanished. I realized, she wasn't the one for me.

I initiated the split years ago & then months ago we came back together for a short period. We broke up on Tuesday June 6th. I heard from him 3 days later asking me if he can come over on Saturday to put my tv antenna together? I text me letting him know I was busy on Saturday and if he can come over on Sunday? He replied sure. On Sunday I called and text him to find out what time he was coming over? But no response. I didn’t hear from him and I didn’t reach out anymore. Couple weeks went by and I had an appointment with my therapist. She told me I should call him and also write him a letter. I listened to her 🤦🏽♀️ I called and text him but no response. I wrote him a letter and dropped it off to his house. I taped it inside his door. Still no response from him. On August 10th I called him from my work phone. He answered. I said hi it’s me. He hung up. I was so hurt. At that point I was done. I deleted him off my fb page and Instagram page. I guess he noticed that I deleted him so he blocked me. This was on August 10th. I haven’t contacted him since that day and I haven’t heard from him. Today is October 25. Does this mean it’s really over between us? 😢

Yes, it’s torture. He’s a fearful avoidant and this is the second time he has run from me. We were never officially a couple but this time we were clearly negotiating a new relationship. He said he couldn’t imagine me ever doing anything that would make him want to cut me out of his life, and we both acknowledged that we have some kind of unconditional love that is different from any other friendship we have ever had. We’ve been good friends for eight years but he was my much younger, married boss, until he finished his masters degree and suddenly his high school sweetheart and wife of 22 years changed her mind about following his career around the country. She had seduced him and gotten pregnant when he was 17, and she was 15, so his daughter attended his high school football games. He joined the national guard and was deployed to Afghanistan right out of high school. When he came home, he had a custom ring made for her and they got married. They had their son and they both agreed that she would stay home with their kids while he did both, the national guard and worked his way up from ER nurse to CEO. The plan was that, when the kids were grown and he finished his masters degree, they would move every two or three years, following his career. He provided a very comfortable life for his family and made sure they had a beautiful home, his wife was neck deep in designer clothes, purses, and always driving a nice jeep, and he had to secretly save money so they could have a great family vacation every year. When the kids were grown and he had finally completed his masters degree, his high school sweetheart and wife of 22 years, abandoned him to be near her family. He had never said anything negative about her, other than declining multiple invitations to my various theme parties, because, “I would love to go but my wife doesn’t like to socialize,” so it was a shock for me to find out that she had kept him isolated even from his family and didn’t want him socializing outside of work. When he jumped into a rebound relationship before the divorce was finalized, she told their two adult children that he never wanted kids and had wanted her to have an abortion and demanded a DNA test before he would marry her, they both swore they would never speak to him again unless he broke up with his new girlfriend who only lasted a year, before she also abandoned him to be closer to her family. We didn’t have our three month “love bubble” until nearly three years ago, after he moved out of state and bought a big five bedroom house, that had a full finished basement with a big wet bar, and told his girlfriend’s family and friends that they were welcome to visit whenever they wanted and stay as long as they liked, but they never got the chance because, “She didn’t even stay for 30 days and then she acted like I forced her out there.” She had promised to give it a chance and he had promised that if she didn’t like it he would help her move back home. The other two were his best friend from the military, with whom he had deployed to Afghanistan,” and his ex-wife, with whom he only spoke, “when absolutely necessary,” for financial reasons, because he had promised her $1500/month for the rest of his life, even if she gets remarried. Within a few weeks he was telling me that he didn’t want, “another failed relationship,” he just wanted to be with, “the right person,” and I was his, “person to talk freely to without fear of being judged.” After hours and days of discussing what we did and didn’t want from a relationship, including our financial debts, savings, investments, goals, and monthly spending habits, he concluded that we were, “compatible in every way.” He told me about a hospital that was paying nearly double my current wages and when I applied for my nursing license, he sent me the union agreement for a hospital near his house. I had observed him being a loyal husband and a devoted family man. Not that I wanted him to jump through hoops, but I knew he was a caring partner. He had always been very good to me too. I could go on about what a great boss and friend he was but I won’t. Soon, we were making plans for me to move 2K miles from home to build a new life with him. My family was happy for me and my two besties threw me a going away dinner. Then he got quiet. He finally said there wasn’t anyone else but he was, “broken in many ways on the personal side of life…”

I had to break NC after 2 months but for the craziest reason 🤣 so he rebounded. And the person he rebounded with went to jail for assaulting him 🤦🏻♀️ and she messaged me on fb asking me if I had seen him and telling me what happened yatta yatta basically trying to stir the pot, I didn’t respond and blocked them. Screenshotted the message and sent it to him. He was grateful for that but I didn’t respond to his text. Not gonna lie…sweet karma lmao 😂 and love that he now knows that I know how badly he downgraded and all those “happy” social media posts were BS. I've said this on a few on your videos.. Doe's no contact work on someone who said themselves they changed because they lost there mother recently and it has made her see life differently. My ex loved me so much and showed it but this new her isn't who i know it's like a new person grew and didn't want me because i wasn't around to support her when she was grieving her loss. While me and my ex are way pass the point of no contact, there are times where she never initiates conversation even though she said she "feels better". She actually told me that if it ever seems like she is hard on me or she is supposedly giving me the cold shoulder, it has nothing to do with me. She is basically in her Senior Year and at the top of her class, and it means a lot to her if she makes her family and friends proud. I salute her for being laser-focsed on that, but no matter how preoccupied someone is with their life, they should be making to talk to the ones they care about. It’s hard. But you can’t fight for a relationship when the other one is already out the door. Let them go trust me it hurts like shit but do you really want to spend the next 5 years or so being in the same place? Sometimes you need to let go so you can be happy. Me and my gf of 4 years split twice now. Handled it terribly and went no contact for one night and it worked. Wasnt enough time to fix the problem. Split again for the same reason. I'll completely disappear from your life. I don't need you or anyone...the circles I'm building in my life I want people who want me so they can earn a spot." She got super dead silent and I could hear her thoughts spiraling.....after 30 seconds of silence she didn't answer my question and I said...look I only called you back after that chew out session to apologize for me, not for you. I don't need your validation or forgiveness nor am I seeking it. like I said if you don' want me in your life I'll disappear ...." she said she had to go and do something for her unit, but she too a very long time hanging up because I could heard the sound of her hard breathing....since that phone call I started a 2nd NC, but this time I removed myself from work stuff as well as i got a team that can answer for me and they also work with her but they keep things mum......so0o0o..yeah it's been sometime. but i know my worth and refuse to chase or beg someone who dropped me playing games....remember your worth people.

We broke up on Tuesday June 6th. I heard from him 3 days later asking me if he can come over on Saturday to put my tv antenna together? I text me letting him know I was busy on Saturday and if he can come over on Sunday? He replied sure. On Sunday I called and text him to find out what time he was coming over? But no response. I didn’t hear from him and I didn’t reach out anymore. Couple weeks went by and I had an appointment with my therapist. She told me I should call him and also write him a letter. I listened to her 🤦🏽♀️ I called and text him but no response. I wrote him a letter and dropped it off to his house. I taped it inside his door. Still no response from him. On August 10th I called him from my work phone. He answered. I said hi it’s me. He hung up. I was so hurt. At that point I was done. I deleted him off my fb page and Instagram page. I guess he noticed that I deleted him so he blocked me. This was on August 10th. I haven’t contacted him since that day and I haven’t heard from him. Today is October 25. Does this mean it’s really over between us? 😢

We’ve been good friends for eight years but he was my much younger, married boss, until he finished his masters degree and suddenly his high school sweetheart and wife of 22 years changed her mind about following his career around the country.
She had seduced him and gotten pregnant when he was 17, and she was 15, so his daughter attended his high school football games. He joined the national guard and was deployed to Afghanistan right out of high school. When he came home, he had a custom ring made for her and they got married. They had their son and they both agreed that she would stay home with their kids while he did both, the national guard and worked his way up from ER nurse to CEO.
The plan was that, when the kids were grown and he finished his masters degree, they would move every two or three years, following his career.
He provided a very comfortable life for his family and made sure they had a beautiful home, his wife was neck deep in designer clothes, purses, and always driving a nice jeep, and he had to secretly save money so they could have a great family vacation every year.
When the kids were grown and he had finally completed his masters degree, his high school sweetheart and wife of 22 years, abandoned him to be near her family. He had never said anything negative about her, other than declining multiple invitations to my various theme parties, because, “I would love to go but my wife doesn’t like to socialize,” so it was a shock for me to find out that she had kept him isolated even from his family and didn’t want him socializing outside of work.
When he jumped into a rebound relationship before the divorce was finalized, she told their two adult children that he never wanted kids and had wanted her to have an abortion and demanded a DNA test before he would marry her, they both swore they would never speak to him again unless he broke up with his new girlfriend who only lasted a year, before she also abandoned him to be closer to her family.
We didn’t have our three month “love bubble” until nearly three years ago, after he moved out of state and bought a big five bedroom house, that had a full finished basement with a big wet bar, and told his girlfriend’s family and friends that they were welcome to visit whenever they wanted and stay as long as they liked, but they never got the chance because, “She didn’t even stay for 30 days and then she acted like I forced her out there.”
She had promised to give it a chance and he had promised that if she didn’t like it he would help her move back home. But he emphasized that he would not date her long-distance, so if she left, it would mean that the relationship was over.
They were supposed to discuss it when she got back from visiting her family but she instead announced it on Facebook. He felt very hurt and betrayed, but he paid for the U-Haul. When he refused to continue the relationship she smashed a photo of them together and stormed out. Then, halfway to Texas she called to say, “I think I made a mistake!”
He said, “No, you made a choice and you’re going to live with it.”
That’s when we became closer and I told him to stay single as long as he could stand it.
He said he didn’t do well alone because he had a very high sex drive but didn’t do casual sex. He wasn’t a player and hated hurting people and couldn’t be intimate with a woman unless he had feelings for her.
After a bit of explaining that I was able to separate love and sex, and that I was still good friends with two people with whom I had been in a friends with benefits situationship, I eventually convinced him that we could become FWB.
He was still driving home one weekend every month for Guard Drill, so those were the weekends we were together. He would take me to dinner and always booked a very nice hotel suite. He was very sweet and affectionate. The sex was mind blowing and he was always very cautious about making sure I didn’t feel used or degraded in any way.
If I accidentally rolled away from him in my sleep, he would drag me like a rag doll, bury my face in his massive chest, and lock his big arms around me. We both admitted that we had never slept better than when we were together.
I even told my mom that I felt more safe in his arms than I did as a child, sleeping between her and my dad.
After a few months, he said that he was having a hard time not falling in love with me. So I told him the feelings were mutual but he said he wasn’t willing to take me away from my family and friends.
I felt rejected and told him he didn’t deserve me so we didn’t speak for 18 months.
When I saw on Facebook that he had moved from nine hours away to 30 hours away and was planning to retire from 26.5 years in the national guard to pursue his administrative career, I threw him a retirement party.
His mother and children refused to attend the party and seven of our mutual friends who said they were coming didn’t actually show up, but he acted like it didn’t bother him.
He was like a little boy, chair dancing and singing along with the crowd. We had a great time, but when he was leaving I felt like I was sending him off to war. I said, “I know that, technically you have freed up one weekend a month but you have gone through several big life-changing events in a very short time. Please, remember your coping skills.”
Less than a week later, he said that he was doing a, “hard restart of his life.” He said that he had deactivated his Facebook account and cut everyone out of his life, including his own mother and two adult children. He said he told them that he loved them but trying to force himself into their lives was killing him. He said if there was going to be any kind of relationship, they would have to reach out to him.
I thought he was about to cut me out of his life but he said that I was, a very important and significant person,” in his life, and there was, “a reason,” that I was one of only three people he wasn’t cutting out of his life. The other two were his best friend from the military, with whom he had deployed to Afghanistan,” and his ex-wife, with whom he only spoke, “when absolutely necessary,” for financial reasons, because he had promised her $1500/month for the rest of his life, even if she gets remarried.
Within a few weeks he was telling me that he didn’t want, “another failed relationship,” he just wanted to be with, “the right person,” and I was his, “person to talk freely to without fear of being judged.”
After hours and days of discussing what we did and didn’t want from a relationship, including our financial debts, savings, investments, goals, and monthly spending habits, he concluded that we were, “compatible in every way.”
He told me about a hospital that was paying nearly double my current wages and when I applied for my nursing license, he sent me the union agreement for a hospital near his house.
I had observed him being a loyal husband and a devoted family man. He made career decisions based on his son’s high school football career, his daughter worked in the same hospital so I saw her wait for him after work every day because they were gym buddies, and I saw him bend over backwards to make his rebound girlfriend happy.
Not that I wanted him to jump through hoops, but I knew he was a caring partner. He had always been very good to me too. I could go on about what a great boss and friend he was but I won’t.
Soon, we were making plans for me to move 2K miles from home to build a new life with him. My family was happy for me and my two besties threw me a going away dinner. Then he got quiet.
He finally said there wasn’t anyone else but he was, “broken in many ways on the personal side of life…”

While me and my ex are way pass the point of no contact, there are times where she never initiates conversation even though she said she "feels better". It’s hard. But you can’t fight for a relationship when the other one is already out the door. Let them go trust me it hurts like shit but do you really want to spend the next 5 years or so being in the same place? Sometimes you need to let go so you can be happy. Time is precious you want to spend it with people who care for you and invest their time in you the same way you will do for them

Me and my gf of 4 years split twice now. Handled it terribly and went no contact for one night and it worked. Wasnt enough time to fix the problem. Split again for the same reason. We were attached at the hip and forgot about our own lives. Did great all day yesterday but had a moment of weakness and called. She regrets her decision but still in the back of her mind.

so I work in the same field in the same county with my ex. With both of our jobs it requires communication on some items....however I initiated NC 1st. (I know for the fact that it's killed her she encountered a man who hasn't gone off chasing or pursuing or crying or asking them to stay).............. and she only came back after i was answering work questions, she took it as an invitation to start acting as normal...then one Sunday while I was at the beach doing me...she contacted me on my personal cell and hit me with the "I'm thinking about you, and I'm here for you whenever you need me".....then she came out of timing due to a bad day. I turned around and put up boundaries and told her I needed to apologize for verbally defending myself when she became petty and vindictive. Essentially I told her that's not me and I don't act like that to people I loved or cared for...her voice and demeanor dropped and she came back into a brief feminine frame...I then told her, "look if I'm such a bad and truly this awful a person, that's fine. I'll completely disappear from your life. I don't need you or anyone...the circles I'm building in my life I want people who want me so they can earn a spot." She got super dead silent and I could hear her thoughts spiraling.....after 30 seconds of silence she didn't answer my question and I said...look I only called you back after that chew out session to apologize for me, not for you. I don't need your validation or forgiveness nor am I seeking it. like I said if you don' want me in your life I'll disappear ...." she said she had to go and do something for her unit, but she too a very long time hanging up because I could heard the sound of her hard breathing....since that phone call I started a 2nd NC, but this time I removed myself from work stuff as well as i got a team that can answer for me and they also work with her but they keep things mum......so0o0o..yeah it's been sometime. but i know my worth and refuse to chase or beg someone who dropped me playing games....remember your worth people.

Yes I'm really hurt what hurted the most I wasn't aware we wasn't together anymore until I called him because he wasn't coming around this was going on for a while I asked him he told me he thought I told u I broke up with u I told him how I felt bout it & left it alone but no having any contact is hard because it's a baby Involved but the only time we talk wen it's bout the child but once every blue moon I'll ask him how u doing nice & short

Same, been going on for some time now. Once a week or once every two weeks. My personal advice is I’m never rude but I try to keep the conversation short and simple. I simply just answer any questions. But there has been a couple times when she has wanted to hangout but I say I have plans already but another time can work. Always be polite.

I seen my EX in church last night, I accompanied my moms. We were sitting in my moms favorite spot, and about 45 minutes later, my EX waltzed in and sat one row, one seat behind me!!! I was like wow....maybe that's her usually spot, who knows but cmon now, like she didn't recognize me as she was walking to the seat, ok, I think not....but overall, no words were spoken just a quick glance here and there at each other...I left a lil early, my moms had her on wheels.

My ex and I broke up about a month ago, she cheated on me... I contacted her once a week for the last month to try and reconcile the relationship. Last week she had gotten mail at my house and I texted her to send her the mail. She said she is still attached to me emotionally but does not want to meet up. I asked to meet and work things out like adults. That was denied. She said that she wantsa period of no contact because she is with the guy she cheated on me with... any idea's as to how to play this?
