This cake is the bomb! So delicious! Need extra restraint to keep from eating half of it in one sitting. Mine came slightly underdone using the exact timing, but normally I would have checked with a toothpick - was in a hurry to get to a potluck so I didn't have time. Even underdone, it was amazing! I was just looking for lemon loaf. This looks perfect!!!. On a side note; What are your thoughts on TVP( Textured vegetable protein). I saw your veggie ground recipe but I can't do mushrooms.
I don't do TVP because it is highly processed. I have a mushroom free alternative on the Veggie Ground recipe if your interested it's in the description under the video.
I've made this twice, now. Second time round, I added a banana and some walnuts and an extra half cup of blueberries. I refridgerated the leftover sauce, which makes for a smashing spread on your bread (which I now bake every week, slice, and freeze). Happy days.
I just made this cake, the only thing missed was the lemon zest because my lemon was not organic, so l used the juice alone. The cake came out so delicious. The Jamaican patties have also been my work go to for snack. Wahoo, thank you Javant, you are God sent 💛💛💛🙏

Organic Tiger nut flour as a replacement to almond flour is excellent! My daughter has an allergy to nuts. Now I know that I can replace almond flour with tiger nut flour 1:1 in any recipe. This opens up so many doors for me! I can try all your recipes that call for almond flour now! ❤ Thank you for suggesting to use tiger nut flour. ❤️ What are your other two favourite dessert recipes?

SO GOOD! I made exactly as your recipe but made a mistake. I was lazy and made the oat flour in the food processor instead of the blender like I normally do, which makes the oats fine and fluffy. The cake came out very dense and seemingly raw HOWEVER I blame this on the gritty oat flour. I cooked it much longer but pulled it in fear it would dry out. The flavor is AMAZING and I can’t wait to finish this one and make another!❤❤
