My last prospect was grizzly flats area just north of mariposa area in ca. And yep I did lot of grab samples very similar. Lots of mineral chalcos pyrite and the like, Crushed a couple pieces and yep found some colors not much but enough to keep me bizzy for the winter months
Same thing up north . The ore is weird stuff Isn't it? I mean you can break a chunk off the quartz vein and it's nice and white on the inside but almost overnight it oxidizes right back to that same color.

Had a rock sitting outside from last year at a friend's yard. Looked at it after the rains. It looks like the chicken stuff ........ I found 32 visible pieces of gold on it! Its about a 10 lb piece. Dam IT!!!!!!!!.......... CANT REMEMBER WHERE I GOT IT FROM ! Rrrrrrrrfrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr fna
OMG my dad n I were landscaping and we dug up 2 giant "ore rocks" they were soo heavy and look like they were once a bubbling liquid. It's black and thick reddish veins run through it. I wonder???
All of that material looks just like what's in my area of Georgia from old mines that were active about the same time periods..... what state are you in?
The only thing I know about San Diego and gold is where to find the city on the map and jewelry stores on the internet. California is a whole different game and deposit types than we have in Arizona.
I have the last one you showed with the green on it exactly the same with the iron in it , there is a lot of it on my property here in Australia east coast - as well as the iron stain . But it is in Feldspar not Quarts . Would that have gold in it as well ?

where is this? can you give me a general area atleast? i see lots of mines on minecatch web, but it shows that they are in a claimed square lines area.
No, I cannot. A potential partner of mine had a spot he let know was interesting to people he trusted. It was claimed right out from under him and sold for a little less than $500,000. I will tell you that MineCache can be up to 5 years out of date. Always check LR-2000 as your primary source, and then go to the county recorder's office to make absolutely sure.
Ham Steak Mining and Exploration well I'll be digging instead of selling. If the mine is located in a claimed area, does that apply to the mine also, or just to the diggings that they do? i see mines in usgs report showing they belong to blm, does that mean i can freely dig in these mines?
Depends on the type of claim and state. In Arizona if you put a placer claim down and there is an underground working/mine then the claimant of the placer has those mineral rights as well. It's illegal to drop one type of claim over another in Arizona. You'll have to go to court though to fight it out. The BLM doesn't own land per se, they only manage it under the Department of the Interior. The land is owned by the people of the United States. To see if you can work an area, you need to consult first with LR-2000 and then if you want to claim it, you'll have to make sure it's not under claim through the local county office. There's a bit of a time delay between the filing of the paperwork with the county and it being published on the LR-2000 website, so that's why you check. When you put a claim in, you are only claiming the mineral rights for that parcel. Anyone can come in and do anything they legally can on any other piece of BLM land, except for collecting minerals of value. If you do have a lode claim though, you are going to have to take precautions to warn the general public if there is an unmarked shaft or adit. Each state is a little different on things like that.
@@theejammytv5724 zi gyess it would depend on the price as to weather or not I need some. I have stage 4 cancer so I can't get out and hunt any more. And trying to keep up with the medical bills keeps money tight.
You can also roast quartz in a fire pit and it will crush up like talc after it's heated and you can pick little chunks of gold out, if they're are any that big.

A crusher is required on this job.
