  • Good leaders pay attention to the content of their business, conscious leaders also pay attention to context. They ask, "From where is the conversation occurring?"

to me, it feels like they are trying to show us the difference between content and context, the power both of them hold and how they can be used to be better decision makers/leaders/problem solvers, etc.
i think they Emphasize the explanation of context because its much more important and can lead to a more productive resolve.
this is just my opinion ,not a fact and would love to hear yours :)

Yes and conscious leaders pay attention to the listening ability of their audience; something this video does not consider. ramble, ramble, ramble. You might stop rabbiting-on, for one minute ,and come up for air.
Just 3:25 into the video; after replaying every thing you said, I decided to call-it a draw, and stop YOUR poor attempt. DISLIKE. Definatly, no subscribe!
