Tavi does the absolute BEST demonstration of the Córdoba Stage guitar I have found on TH-cam.
Agreed.
Not having the opportunity to try a Cordoba Stage firsthand, I bought one based on the reviews I watched. I have only had it one week but not disappointed.
Cordoba really nailed it with this guitar. It looks amazing, hits a new market and the advertising is really well put together. Awesome to see Tavi once again
I’ve watched and listened to Tavi for many years. He can make ANY guitar sound like a $ million dollars. His touch and his emotions are exquisite.
This guitar is great! I bought as soon as it was available. It also has amazing acoustic depth 👍
This guitar is a must have. I’ve always enjoyed Tavi’s playing. Córdoba, thank you for this gem!
Yes. This is the best demo of this guitar. And bonus, Tavi understands that the little mark over the "O" means it's pronounced COR-doba.
I think Cordoba has a genuine hit on their hands with this one.
Very nice sounding guitar, and a beautiful composition!
I just got one!!! This is a must-have for anyone interested in nylon-sting electric acoustic guitar.
Ele é nível do godin??
You're so eloquent and that accent just adds to your mystique. And you're a great player
I came to hear the guitar because I'm considering buying one and now I want to know more about and hear this artist Tavi Jinariu as well.
I always like Cordova guitars. Very nice demo.
So lovely!!! I need to buy one.
wow looks and sound amazing! Me wants one 😍
Excellent demo video. Mine arrives in two days!
How have you been enjoying it?
@@sentientdonuts I love it. Haven't had a lot of time to play it lately, but it's a keeper. Extremely clean sound, easy to play, stays in tune, looks great.
Several years ago I had one nearly identical made by Antonio Hermosa. Semi-hollow body electric nylon string with narrow neck. I used it as a bass with special Low Octave strings by Savarez. It was awesome! 45-second sustain. Made the mistake of selling it. I have had several Cordoba starter classical guitars. Would love to have the Cordoba Stage.
They had one at our local Guitar Center and it was gone before I could get there. Thinking of buying it without trying but that's risky you know?
I just bought one. Love i! 😍
Just ordered one...
I enjoyed your demonstration and performing skills.
This thin line , nylon I feel will be the millennial favourite like the old Chet Atkins Gibson nylon from the days of yore.... whilst plugged in of course. 🎶🎛🎚
The tone sounds great. I'd like to know exactly what the signal chain is on this recording. How could this tone be achieved in a live performance situation?
I assume you can mix the piezo and microphone together? Or have each separately.
Hi Tavi ! Everything sounds great with you ! I bought the Cordoba Stage Taditional CD. Plugged in a Line 6 Spider amp. It sounds disgusting! There is a lot of distortion! Maybe the guitar is defective or the amp is bad. Can you please tell me what kind of equipment you use? Sorry for English, I write with a translator.
Gotta get that one. Thanks.
Sorry for the question barrage but, as a novice and having attempted to learn finger picking of the folksy variety on a steel string guitar but struggling a bit, I'm wondering whether you think the Cordoba Stage would ease some of the finger strength struggles I've had for quite a while. Thanks if you have a moment to respond.
Would love for a Fishman Tripleplay to be an option.
Do you have one that has a classical guitar sized neck (2 inch)?
I'm desperate to get myself one of these but can't seem to find any in stock in the UK. I already have a Yamaha SLG200N silent guitar and was looking at getting a Cordoba Stage and recording some videos of it. I'm actually in the process right now of recording a version of "Mediterranean Sundance" / "Rio Ancho" by Al Di Meola / Paco De Lucia and John McLaughlin and would have loved to have tried out the Cordoba Stage for the recording. Is there any more stock planned for the UK guys? Many thanks. Carlo 👍🏼🎸
I started playing 40 years ago in anticipation of this guitar, I just didn't know it.
That's beautiful
Woah that's the best hands down thing Iv heard about a guitar ,I just made my purchase of this yesterday
Cordoba makes the best for money
what kid of amp are you using? or what type of amp would you recommend?
Türkiye de satılıyor mu?
I bought this guitar today but it will take seven weeks to arrive. What amp should i buy to go with this beauty of a guitar?
Just my thought ?? Try a Fender Acoustic 100. They are a really warm amp with a fair amount of effects options.I use one in my band ( acoustic originals ). My partner just bought one of these Cordoba guitars today.
How does the neck feel? I really want to own this, but before I pull the trigger, I need to know if it's more like a standard acoustic's neck width or a classical width?
Classical
The main chord everyone plays when they pick up a guitar is G not Emaj. 2:42
Depends on if they are a blues/rock player (E) or a country player (G).
Sweet
💎💎
The 48mm nut width is definitely a shift away from the traditional classical build.
Anyone know what the lick is he’s playing at 1:08?
CBS sports… maybe NBC lol
how loud before feedback is the real question....
Wondering the same thing
This guy has a nice vocabulary
Tani, my friend, What is the best crossover guitar you have tested?
I have my KIrk Sand semihollow body guitar an TC135SC Takamine.
Would you help me?
I have 19 guitars Gretsch Gibson Electrics and 4 Takamines. 132, 134, TC135SC and P7 acoustic pro series Dreadnaught.
Thanks for a reply,
Harlan Gene Parrott Sr.
You lost me at "lux eternal"... that's a matelica song. But the guitar is beautiful 👌👍 9/10
Taylor Guitars just upgraded all the built-in Pre-Amps in their Guitars ...... i think that Cordoba should be upgrading their Pre-amps .....as well.. straight to either a LR Baggs Anthem Soundhole Microphone/Undersaddle Acoustic Guitar Pickup, or to a Fishman "matrix infinity mic blend pickup preamp system"... and leave every other pre-amp from any other Guitar manufacturers built-into-the-Guitar pre-amp,... in the dust ...after...
I have just bought one. ¡what a disappointment! The sound you hear in this video is going through all kinds of equalizations, because the guitar doesn't sound like that. In fact, the only knob that works is the volume knob. The other two do absolutely nothing. Again: what a disappointment! Can someone tell me what I can do to make the knobs work (only the volume one does)? Has anyone from Cordoba factory a solution for me, please?
