We stay at the campground next door every year and almost every night we walk to get our evening ice cream. Townsend by far is our favorite place to stay. With Burger Master, Cades Cove, and tubing what more do you need!! Great video.

My favorite city. my grandma, and myself used to spend the night in Townsend, when we went to Cades Cove

We ate there when we camped at Little Arrow Campground, Great little burgers.

The hot dog looked good. Here un WV, we have a WV dog which is sauce(you all call it chili), onions, mustard and slaw. Oh my gosh, they are so good!

It isn't a destination spot for sure but we stay in townsend often, if riverstone has a long wait on takeout we will sometimes get burgers from here. My wife loves their ice cream though, me? Take me to the cove for ice cream!
We love Townsend. We camp at Little Arrow and have eaten at Burger Master several times.

I passed it on Thursday. Had a burger there before. Good stuff. Try thr burgers at the marathon station in Wears Valley. Really good too.

Mike & Karen - you went out of your way for a hamburger and hot dog🙃I liked the video, but, the only thing I have gotten from this place was a soft drink as we were going "tubing" at River Rats right next door. For a quick snack, this place isn't bad to grab a little something before heading back to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. All in all, I'd eat here only if I were starving!

O! I love that place. I go there every time I'm down in the Smokies. They are closed in the winter, bummer, but understandable. The burgers are a big sloppy mess and after awhile you learn the art of eating one. Enjoy (I'm jealous right now)

Been to Townsend a few times for the Bronco SuperCel and saw this place but never tried it. So thanks for the review, I will say the burger looked like a frozen type and Chili dog looked good. Thanks

The best hotdogs in Townsend are right down the road from there at Parkway Grocery. They are amazing.

We’ve been there, agree with you guys, it was good but not the best I’ve ever had…would we stop again if we were passing by, probably..I agree with you on the chili..chili is so diverse,people usually like what they are accustomed to. We live in suburbs of Cincinnati, and you know how we all feel about chili in Ohio, lol.thanks for another great vlog

Are they open year round? I've seen other reviews of this place too and everyone seems to love it. It looks yummy.
We don't think they are open in the winter due to only having outdoor seating.
My sister & i have been to Burger Master many times in the past! 90's.They were closed the days we were in Townsend this past week! Bummer! We are from Ohio!

I will say this ,the casing on a good hot dog should have a snap or chewy texture to it ! Just means you getting the real deal and the burger looked great!
I'm like you guys I'm spoiled to my homemade chili.
I also like burgers on the grill made with Lipton's onion soup mix worked through the hamburger patties. I'm spoiled to hand dipped hard ice cream not a fan of soft serve. But my husband loved it

We did a couple vids eating in Waynesville not sure of the names.
I wasn't too keen on their hamburgers (meat was too dry for me) or hot dogs & chili (too spicy for me). But we like to stop for an ice cream. Last time we were there, they had Mayfields ice cream....it is THE BEST! Okay Karen....fess up.....post your chili recipe please! 😁

We just got back from the smokies and I was very disappointed in all the food. From Paula deans (which everyone said was awesome) to ole reds. Honestly the food wasn't that great. When we go back we are gonna try the old mill, we hear that's a great place to eat also.
Anyways, love yalls videos started watching them a couple months back.

Like this video , we always like stopping in Townsend when going to Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge , iv always wanted go to one ot Townsend hoe down ( foot stomping) we can't hoe down or foot stomping unless I step in a Ant Hill 😰🎼🙄🎶, Y'all A Lovely Couple , I've seen some of your videos and they're Great ,My Wife and I try plan trip to Pigeon Forge For Christmas lights We Love those One of our Daughters going try get off to take us if can't I'll take my time and drive , Our z

We ate there today on way to Cades Cove . We had cheese burgers and fries good food not great.
My wife and I had eaten there pre Covid and were not impressed. Thought it was expensive for what we received then as well.

Seems like the food was just average...not bad but not memorable either.
We always go get the awesome Very Large soft serve ice cream cone!!
