  • Another big weekend mission to the middle of nowhere to camp out on the rocks. With a big storm coming it was a perfect time to chase some Pink Snapper. The day got better and better with each fish bigger than the last with a huge fish making the effort all worth it.

      the next day we couldn't even film it rained so much but we did get a huge samson fish in the storm. once it passed we hiked back out in the afternoon. was a full on weekend.

      @@DixonsFishing Awesome stuff bro.. if I lived in Australia I would definitely be fishing with u guy's😎 your rock and surf type of fishing is very similar to our fishing here in south africa.. but the fishing of cliffs is done more in the southern part of our coastline and the guy's mainly fish for big sharks (inedibles) hopefully someday u guys come out to south africa and do some fishing with us, ul wil definitely love if here👍💯

    I have a respected for you guys in this vids I can't fishing like that's on the rock its looked scary and dangers ...we done guys you are one of the top land base fishing show ever ...anyway I work with the guy name Brody cornelly and his know you guys so well and I think his meet you when his was rescue guys when your boat broken down and brody his live in vic.. so do you guys know him ???????

      thanks for the comment, he might have been on the boat that towed us back in from the Montebello islands last year? it was a charter boat and a heap of guys from Victoria where on that boat heading home from a trip.

      no ban on catching snapper here in WA along thew south coast, can fish for them year round

      yes sliding on braid, works well when you're on such a high angle like off the rocks.

      all caught on fresh fish baits, the small one was on half a whiting, medium one on a big wrasse fillet and the large one on a whole herring.

    best video ever but why don't you guys use Assassin beacmaster rods heavy its to goods for rock and surf ???? and slide baits

      have used them in the past but can be to long. shorter rods 8-10ft we find perfect for our rock fishing

      not sure on SA rules sorry, for us in WA we have a 50cm minimum size limit and 3 per person in the southern region where these came from.

    cool video. ya just need to learn where to measure fish from. It's in the V of the tail not the further most part of the tail

      Tip length is fine to measure from and what most people do. Only time I hear of people caring about fork length is bream mostly.
