The eclipse was extremely symbolic to me as I’m just over one year sober from a deadly fentanyl addiction. So grateful to have made it out alive to witness it.

You can do it. You are doing it. When you feel that urge, move. Dont cave. Walk, run, clean, drive, swim, bike, just move your body. What will happen is a physiologic response in the brain. When you move, you will be retraining your brain to replace one "feel good" with the "real good" activity produced by endorphins. This is built in "mechanism" within every human created by GOD. Love to you. There are others in your life who you can help and bring joy to....increasing your own joy by giving, TENFOLD. ❤
