In a strange sounding way, my favourite bit of this vlog was when you told us about your worries after the business call. I just think you are doing so much good - excuse me shouting , but SO MUCH GOOD in the world by being so honest about worries and stresses. I know how much less inadequate I feel because of you sharing these moments and I appreciate your courage in doing so, so much.
I would like to say that in the same vein what you do on youtube makes so much difference to so many people, in ways you may never know. I wonder how many people in need got and get helped because we who follow you are so much stronger and fitter and able to help others now we have taken care of ourselves? It‘s not a small thing, Carla.
And if you enjoy treatments etc and they give you the energy and strength to keep being your wonderful self, then I for one am glad to see you having them ❤️🥰🤗🥰❤️

My favorite part of the vlog - hearing you talk about Gaza and how heartbreaking it is to carry on with life knowing the suffering currently going on. I've told you privately that I feel like my soul is Irish. I'm always so moved to see how strongly Ireland is standing up for human rights. ❤

Life in general isn’t easy, but we can always take a moment to be grateful. Especially if we are living in relative peace and comfort and our basic needs are met. 💕
Carla you are grateful and aware and so many people aren't. That doesn't stop wars but compassion counts and enough of it leads to change.

Hi Carla I really enjoyed your flog ,I have been following you for a few years now and I love seeing you do all the amazing things you do,I’m very sad at the moment because I had a beautiful daughter just like you working hard in the city,worrying about money and trying the best she could with her husband and baby boy and in 2021 when her baby was 6 months old she was diagnosed with cancer and fought hard to beat it but sadly passed away last Christmas so why I’m telling you this i don’t want you to worry about money and stupid stuff it will work out somehow for the best I wish you all the best in the world and just keep doing the fun things and enjoy ❤❤❤

My youngest graduated this year. I don't really know what it is like over there, but I eventually just had to do my best to not see the news. If you see the news here it is all bad and it isnt just the local bad stuff, you get to hear the bad stuff from all over the country and the world, usually with a political spin that makes it feel that much more 'world is collapsing esque' . It isn't a good place to be from a mental health perspective because there is nothing you can do to control it. For a while when the kids were younger we did go over places they could hide, how to get to a relatives house or home from the school and so forth if something happened at school and it wasn't safe. I liked when the kids were home over the pandemic, but there were so many other worries, and they didnt like it and they werent learning. It is so hard for your heart to be outside of you running around, but the best you can do is spend lots of time with him when you can and make memories. And don't lose hope that most of the world is filled with good people.
I think the nails were my favourite part. I also liked to see you unboxing your gift.
Loved the whole vlog, but as a mom of three persians kitties, Smooshie always makes me smile. 😻🖤
Awe you have 3!!! what are their names?
What was my favourite part of the vlog? Well...there was just so much stuff to see, the hour absolutely flew in. My 5 highlights would be:
1/ The gorgeous day out you had with your bestie - so much of where you live looks like where I live on the Isle of Man (lots of green, lovely little beaches, fishing towns, old stone buildings - there's something very magical about these kinds of places!)
2/ I always enjoy seeing the dancing and thinking "bloody hell, if I tried to do that I'd land face-first on the floor and knock my front teeth out, because I am pure class, lol.)
3/ That dusky lilac dress you were wearing in the shopping mall I remember you showing it when you bought it and thinking I liked the look of it then, but it's even better on you in person. (And a little bit of boobage on show is grand! Seriously though, that fit and cut and colour is just perfect on you. I kinda want to get it for myself because I have very similar colouring to you and it would be so nice for autumn.)
4/ Getting to see you have the laser treatments, because I've considered getting it done myself and seeing the level of pain associated with it (no, I'm not a sadist who enjoys seeing others in pain, I promise!) along with all the other treatments you've had done, have actually given me a wee nudge towards taking the plunge and having some of that hair removal done too.
5/ Your cat's arse on screen. I don't know if anyone has ever told you this secret of being a TH-camr, but basically you're not a real TH-camr until you have a cat and said cat shows up in your videos, at the most inopportune moments, often showing their arse to the world. Congratulations, this means you've definitely made it!

6/ That gift bag of goodies you got from your friend was gorgeous and it seemed like she bought you things that she really knows you'll love...especially when we see you taking the time to give thoughtful gifts to other people so often. Be sure to show us how you use those make-up products too, because they look beautiful.
7/ Very proud of you for resisting the urge to fall back into using bingeing as a coping strategy and instead grounding yourself, talking things out with your man and just breathing. x

Great video as ever Carla. ❤ I am 61 my name is Julie, I have lost shed load of weight. To live out part of your life on social media specially with anxiety is no walk in the park. You feel you can run the world when you first get to "goal" been there. But then life kicks in, old habit patterns will rise again, but with coping mechanisms you will prevail. But to constantly find content for videos must be repetative and you have said everything about losing weight. Theres nothing wrong with another job. Perfection is overrated baby girl,😊 take it from an old English bird.!! With love.❤

He’s an exotic, a type of short hair Persian. We didn’t realised the issues with the breed when we got him and wouldn’t recommend buying one, but of course adopting is always an option. 🖤🖤🖤
