Don’t freak out if your armpit swells after the booster. Nobody told me I might get swollen lymph nodes in my armpit, and I was a bit worried when it happened, mostly because it was so sore I was worried that I had an ingrown hair or a boil lol

I'm so proud to know you went to Portugal! And now tried to recreate a portuguese dish, francesinha is a dish that creates much arguing in Portugal, bc no francesinha in Portugal beats up the francesinha of Porto, there's much secrets about the sauce also. Like pastel de nata, the best is in Belém, period. But I liked that version very much! Im portuguese, I've eaten a lot of francesinhas in my life. But I'm from Lisbon (also lived near Porto for 2 years)! And I'm now kinda sick from it. Very big (but can always ask for just half), and a lot of meat, so the veggie version sounds nice! That must already exist somewhere in Portugal but it isn't very talked about bc most people don't agree with reducing the meat consumption. :c but I would love to try yours! Congrats, you did good! on my point of view... Eheh

I don’t remember the last time I’ve watched a 45 minute TH-cam video. Let alone be entertained the whole time! I stayed until the end and I was so surprised when I looked at the time stamp!!! Also you did so good everything! Especially since a lot of things were a first for you!

OMG I was not expecting you to do a Portuguese dish 🥺☺ Normaly, Francesinhas have a lot of meat yes, but it's an explosion of flavour that everyone should try at least once in their life 😂If anyone reading this has never been to Porto, this is your sign 😎

Mas Porto representing I guess ahaha
Also a receita... Not very accurate mas não nos vamos focar nisso 😂🤗 há várias variações.

it might be nice to try Ukrainian/Russian Cheese Pancakes (Syrniki)
Syrniki usually served for breakfast with jam or sour cream. The cheese used to make them is called tvorog, the closest would be farmer's cheese or quark.

My mom does them from time to time, if she could not get to the Russian market to buy tvorog she uses "körniger Frischkäse" - grained cream cheese?-, but gets a lot of the water out of it, pressing it in a cheese cloth. Tastes a little different, but really close!
