I learned what a placenta was when my Sunday School teacher told a story about how his wife gave birth in a parking lot and he tied the placenta to an old engine part and tossed it into a nearby lake.

Mr. ToadTheGamer Well, before this LP, the last known people to play this game was Masae and her mom (there’s a LP of Highway Rollers on her channel where she and her mom play, it’s really funny), so that could be why.
I don't know for sure, but the game might have a system for tracking the most used Mii characters, which would definitely be Emile, Tim, Jon, and Masae, I would presume.

It's also the game that contributed to the downfall of the video game industry and almost was responsible for ending it all together.
Alex Chuoy Not exactly though, there were severals factors involving the video game crash and ET was more then nail in the coffin but even then it was more so the crappy Pac-man game that did it in. That's like saying The assassination of the one duke(forgot his name) was the reason world war 1 started(i know those are two different things but the still applies. One event doesn't cause a whole problem.

Button Smashers, an offshoot of the sometimes infuriating Mario Party 5 minigame. This is going to be good.
Emm Bee Sea Button Mashers is only difficult once the L button comes into play, due to the fact its on the opposite side of the controller from all the other buttons.

CuriousGerudo I guess that’s the brief answer. The game has no idea which player is pressing what button. However, not following the game’s orders as far as which person hits what button would ultimately make things more difficult in the long run as their hands would be in less than optimal positions to continue.

When I first saw this I asked myself, "Is this the Wii U's version of Twister?" Then Chuggaaconroy answered my question.
My dad is a pharmaceutical scientist; he deals with this regularly.
A placebo is a "sugar pill", or in other words, a treatment without any actual pharmaceutical effect, e.g. aspirin reducing pain by thinning the blood to allow it to flow more freely would be a pharmaceutical effect. It is usually part of a (pharmaceutical) drug trial as a control to weed out any perceived effects that appear from the participant's own mind. For example, you may have a clinical trial for an energy drink where one group takes the actual drink and another takes nothing but flavored water after being told it was the energy drink. Any perceived change in the second group is simply down to the "Placebo effect" and not actually from the drink itself. These results can then be weighed against the results of the first group to see whether the real drink actually causes something or whether it is just a psychosomatic symptom of believing that something will have an effect.
In other words, it is not a microscopic life-form. Chugga may be confusing it with parameceum or plasmodium. Or he could be subconsciously creating a portmanteau of plasmodium and amoeba.
