Regarding the sealed Photoshop: you can lower the risk of a bad buyer by overpricing it then adding 'best offer'. Then you can vet the feedback of anyone that makes an offer before you decide to sell. I know there's still risk but I've never had a problem and I've sold tons of software. Good luck.
Good idea! I have had quite a few "bad guy" buyers on software. I have had to argue with ebay on them and so far have been lucky. But ebay can be so difficult so I would rather not.

I've been legitimately avoiding upgrading my mac to a PC because it still has a functional version of Photoshop CS5 on it and I refuse to give Adobe money every month on a subscription and a LOT of other people feel the same way, it's really the only reason these legacy versions of photoshop even HAVE a market.
Oh I feel you. I've been thinking of making the switch and learning adobe premiere pro for example, but dont know if I want another subscription in my life.
@@propicker Well... You now have a sealed copy of CS5 for the PC... I think it would probably need drivers because it's out of date to modern versions of windows... But you HAVE it. :D

Photoshop is now 100% subscription ... and I don't remember if you can upgrade that copy to the Cloud one. ... The bigger catch is that 'new' machines won't even take that copy ... soooooo ... it is a VERY defined market that will want it, HOWEVER .. those that want it will pay BECAUSE most ppl can get along fine with that version, and it's a LOT cheaper than a year of the cloud at $50 (?) per month.

Like a year and a half ago I bought a opened Adobe Photoshop CS6 and I was nervous to put it up I didn't know what I should list a opened copy for since at the time there wasn't any. Sat there for about a year I finally listed it for 400. I constantly got messeges from people saying is this new unused guaranteed? Beacuse it's useless if it's been used. And I kept telling them like I said in the listing I don't know. This is how I found it opened. Some guy after a few months buys it for full price. Im paranoid so I messege him and said you see that it's opened and I don't do returns right? And hes like yeah it'll work judt send it. And I say ok but if it dosent work I dont do returns. And hes like yeah I know send it. It's been over 3 months never heard anything so I wonder how it worked out lol. Also I can't believe the prices your thrifts put on stuff. Not to say I don't do well at my thrift stores but I just have to pick up other stuff since if they saw NWT Orvis be 29.99. Any Nikes in good shape start at 18.99 and up depending on if they see there worth more when they look them up. Uggs they think are gold youll see beat up boots all stained for 24.99. Never seen a pair of ugg boots at any of the thrifts around me that were under 20 and the 20$ ones are trashed. Like the TI-84 calculator. How are they not marking it up for 39.99-49.99 yet like mine? Everyone knows that those things are worth money just blows my mind that yours puts those out for cheap

Hey so I have a question! Do you set a budget for yourself every month For how much you spend?? For buying items. This might be a dumb question but I just recently started and I was wondering if you had any tips for a newbie! ahah
I usually budget a quarter of what I think I can sell in a week for purchases. This is based on the idea that your average sales usually generate 4 times what you spent on those items. So if for example, if I think I can make $400 then I would budget no more than $100. But usually I never spend more than $50 in a week because I am thrifty. But sometimes you will find something so hot you will have to go over your budget.
Beware with the Photoshop. They took mine down. You might get a vero.

@@propicker Ebay has been fairly nice to me. They just have taken a few listing down and sent me a message telling me. I have heard ebay youtubers get 3 days in ebay jail.
@@propicker this is correct. I've listed a new copy of Photoshop before and Adobe took it down. I've sold used adobe products without any problems though.

I wouldn't even list the Adobe photoshop. They get faked so much and unless you open it and call Adobe and give them the Serial number, you won't know if you have a legitimate copy.
