Quantum Guitar Duo was formed in 2020.
As close friends and colleagues, Dušan Novaković and Veljko Torbica were studying classical guitar at the Music Academy in Novi Sad and finished studies under the mentorship of professor Zoran Krajišnik.
Veljko Torbica finished master studies at the Academy of performing Arts in Bratislava, were he was a student of Maestro Jozef Zsapka.
As students and soloists Dušan and Veljko have won numerous prizes at various guitar competitions.
As members of Quantum Guitar Duo they have performed concerts across Serbia , and they are constantly working on their repertoire.
Dušan is teaching Classical Guitar at Josip Slavenski Music School in Novi Sad, and Veljko is a guitar teacher at primary and middle Music School Josif Marinković in Zrenjanin.
Their mission is to play and enjoy music and classical guitar as well , so they can leave their musical heritage to upcoming generations.

Classical guitars are our passion! We are specialized in the highest quality concert guitars as well as historic guitars from around the world. Another focus is to work closely with established and young, largely unknown luthiers. Together we want to develop new ideas and share experiences with our customers. We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). At least one of these guitarists frequently makes his strings squeak & creak. Ugh. Very few guitarists pay attention to the noises they make if they're not careful to lift their fingers completely off the strings when they reposition their left hand. So, very few guitarists deserve to be considered first rate, in my opinion. I'd bet many more guitarists could learn to be first rate if listeners would provide them the needed feedback, instead of silently tolerating all the unmusical noises.
I can tolerate some noise myself but Presti and Lagoya really set a high quality for this piece. I have some real differences of opinion re the phrasing here though.
