Glad to see you putting some colorful painting mileage in. If this were to be in a FB group with c and c I would give the positive kind my instructors gave to me. We keep on enjoying it and learning on that journey.🤗

I love your work so beautiful do you wet the paper before you star ?

Thanks Maria! Do you mean wet the paper to stretch it before I paint? No, I don't do it with this small size of paper - the paper will not buckle that much at this small size. But I usually wet the paper after I taped it down when I start painting, you can see it in the video.

Your work in incredible! I've never used watercolor, but have been using Colored pencils for a bit over a year now and would like to start using this medium for a more realistic affect. Do you ONLY use watercolor UNDER the CP or do you ever go over CP with it?

Hi Christine, thanks so much! I wouldn't paint watercolor over cp. Water can pick up the color pigments of cp and smudge the colors. Of course you can use some lighter colors of cp for linework/sketch and paint over with watercolor, that will work perfectly. I add colored pencils to the watercolor wash to add more character, detail and depth. Hope that answers your question :)

Do you ever do any videos in real time with voice instructions?
