loving the videos bro! keep it up!. Just a tip for Scup, you dont need that much bait. specially since you are killing with the worms ( not sure if sand or blood). Also you can snip the beakers w a scissor to make your life easier. good luck papa!
Thanks bro greatly appreciated. And I know I didn't need to use that much bait but the thing was it was a very slow morning on the boat and I had a ton of bait, and I didn't want to waste it.
@@fishingwithadrian754 you can freeze them bad boys, assuming if you have the space lol. i feel you on that one. i always like bringing other bait just in case the clam dont work. sometimes they are in the mood for shrimp or green crab
Thanks bro, yea it was a very relaxing trip. Yea when they are biting doubles happen quite often. We moved to quite a few spots this trip but according to the captin we varied between 30 and 60 feet deep.
My man you need to change that leader setup. To much metal pyramid to a banker braid to mono or flrl line natural high low with the leader double drop rig. Garenty more fish. 🎣🐟🐟🐟🐟👍👍👍
Thanks for your comment but my rig was working very well and I actually caught the most fish on the boat. And if you were paying attention you would see that I had 10 feet of monofilament leader.
@@semajd5995 experience taught me to always bring worms 🪱 when porgy fishing 🎣. The eat clams but they very much prefer worms. And yeah few people were a bit confused lol.
@@fishingwithadrian754 lol yes…the worms are like a delicacy to them. Smart move. This past Sunday my friends and I killed the porgies off light house point park in New Haven. We used little boats to get out not far off shore took 38 nice ones home
Can you please do a tautog trip somewhere in the wintertime? I would really love to see that.
@@terrenceking-toomey8304 Thanks, I actually plan on doing one this winter.

Looks like a productive trip. Good catch!
@@hlawthomas thanks it was. 🙏
Looks like a great time! Massive hook ups! Enjoyed the video. New sub here
Thank you so much! Your support is greatly appreciated! More videos to come in the near future.
Good vibe bro. That double hookup was crazy....
How deep is the water there

Smart move to bring along some worms! That's why no one else is catching anything!
Worms cost extra money, but you catch way more fish with that method. Only use the clams they provide if I run out of my own bait.

what's the size limit in Connecticut
@@outandaboutwithrobnyc I think 9 inches.
How to get on one of those trips??
Look up Blackhawk fishing charter CT.
beautiful porgies. I bet they tasted great off the grill
Thanks, yes I only eat porgies that I catch. Porgy that isn't very fresh don't taste good at all.
You spent a lot of $ on worms to catch porgy 😂
I did because it's what I love to do and I want to be as effective as possible. 🙏
