I worked with professional tennis players at Saddlebrook Resort for a number of years back in the 1998-2001 time frame. Wesley Chapel was awesome then and is even more awesome now. They have done a fine job of keeping that area family friendly and nice with lots of tennis, golf, recreational facilities, and great places to eat. Well done to the city officials there. Keep your covenants up and strong so your city keeps it’s beauty!
Thank you for the review it really helped I like what you said about Wesley chapel I’m actually visiting next month and planing on moving to Tampa at the end of the year I’m starting a restaurant I just don’t know where yet my concept of food will be middle eastern, tandoori , kabab , gyro and pizza. I’ll be looking into the first mall you mentioned where the activity is outside. I love that lol , and the schools...now I know which school my daughter will attend 😉 I love the fact the you have a school choice

I visited Wesley Chapel recently but just only around the new construction areas only and I have to say that it was a little bit disappointed. I got the feel that is definitely a growing City. Nothing really appealing, a lot of green areas and under construction too. Not sure if it was because I just visited the new constructions surroundings only
Are there a lot of alligators ? I’m from NYC planning our future and came across WC and I am very scared of alligators . I need to convince my 11 yr old , she doesn’t like the heat .
There are definitely a lot of alligators but they really don't bother you. You might see them in a pond or lake but they mostly stay in or near the water for the most part!
I'm waiting to see if I was outbid on a house in Wesley Chapel. Coming from Boston for many reasons. I'm not as worried about the gators but am freaked out about the cockroaches and centipedes. I'd rather see gators 🤣

Wesley Chapel is NOT in Tampa, is North of Tampa, an hour to an hour and forty five minutes, I work in Ybor City and takes me one hour and thirty minutes to get there and that is not with a lot of traffic, leave home at five forty five in the morning to get there around seven or seven twenty,,, I wish it take me only thirty minutes… is nice but if a lot of cookie cutter homes since these are subdivisions, big homes, HOA and CDD fees…not good…

These are all great but we are moving from Missouri to Wesley Chapel at the end of July. We want to rent for about a year first.
