Brother this is saving my scapula. I have winged scapula from a deadlift injury and have been 80% for 2 years. This is bulletproofing my scapula. Thankyou so much. Love and respect 🙏 ❤
@KarsliveKasliSerhat 100% brother. Back fo heavy pressing. No pain in my shoulders either. Just stay consistent and in my opinion always start off with these exercises before your upper body sessions
These short workouts like this are great! I’ll take a few short routines and combine them when I’m short on time. These really help, thank you SM Team!
That is one cool hair do! Workout is excellent also, as I do many of these exercises and they really work. If you skip this, you will get shoulder injuries.
Nobody should underestimate the basics. Upper body is heavily used in calisthenics and scapula is key part of that even though it does not look that great in a mirror :) great tips and nice and quick workout. Thank you And thank you for the giveaway, yaaaay :) much appreciated 🙏
Basics should be a staple in almost everyone's program. Scapula strength is extremely important for not only calisthenics, but for physical movement in general. Thank you for joining us in this practice 🙌
Well, this is just perfect. A pull-up bar, a pair of rings, and a ball, all three fitness items I have at home and here I get to use them all in a good workout. Thanks!
Brilliant video! The last few weeks I was actually taking various shoulder/ back exercises from your other videos and putting them together in a home work out for me. But I wasn’t quite happy with my result and struggled to figure out which ones would be complimentary. This video put an end to my misery. Thank you!🙏
will include this definitely in my routine. I did your 15 minute killer core workout and it was absolutely fantastic. currently I'm working on handstand, vsit and front levers following your videos --rahul
Awesome 🤩 video team SM, scapula training is an integral part of calisthenics. I would also like to have a video on body weight or with weights, legs workout with follow along, cos lower body should never be neglected. Gracias 🙏🏻 from India 🇮🇳
We agree! Scapula strength will transfer to various movements. And we got you! Lucky for you, we created a complete bodyweight leg workout! Check out this video we created titled "The COMPLETE Leg Bodyweight Workout (No Equipment)" th-cam.com/video/631cadOMGTo/w-d-xo.html Much love 🙏

I tend to get a lot of "knots" and tightness around my scapula (especially the inner side closer to the spine) so i think this will be very helpful to me 🙏🏾
Hyped about this vid! Really love what you do guys, please could you make maybe some ring exercises tutorial in the future? You're a huge inspiration Gabo ❤️

I just found out I have supraspinatus tears and have to work my posterior & rotator cuff strength and strength thru mobility. Will be trying these at home thank you 🧘🏾♀️🙌🏽
I have a strange request: Could you please make a short follow along video (~10 mins) about neck stretching and strengthening? You could include neck crunches, upper trapezius stretching and even some upper thoracic mobility!
@@SaturnoMovement Hey Gabo, I have very weak hip flexors. I can stretch just fine thanks to your videos but still can't hold my leg straight in air. Can you make a routine for hip flexor strengthening and also hamstrings strengthening??
This is superb video for scapular stability but would you kindly guide about the particular exercise for lower belly and side obliques and also infraspinatus strengthen exercises ?
Awesome as usual guys , any chance you could do an updated version of a training split (push/pull/legs) with workouts as we’ve all developed and updated?
This is great, especially for my winged escapula problem. But how can i adapt it to my regular push-pull-legs routine if i dont have too much time because of work?? Gracias, saludos desde Lima-Peru!
This is the stuff that people need to be doing instead of adding dumb crap like extra sets of biceps at the end of their workouts. I wish I knew about all this when I was a young man.
Hi Gabo! Thank you for your video, can I please ask you a question, could these exercises also be used as rehabilitation exercises for the lower traps? Or do you think they're too much for now and might strain my lower trap even more, therefore to better wait untill my pain has subsided completely? I still have some inflammation, but because I have stopped all exercise for about 10 days now I'm beginning to worry that my muscles are getting weaker and I don't know what (upper body) exercises I should be doing to maintain my back muscles, but without getting in the way of my recovery/ without irritating my lower traps... thank you so much, warmest greetings from Athens, Greece
Family! What other Workouts would you like to Follow Along with us? 😁👇🏽
Joint rehab exercises !!
Forearms for strength endurance and flexibility?
I am continuing to work on being aware of posterior pelvic tilt and building that body line for plank and push-ups etc.
A handstand and planche follow along would be nice

Love the rings-based version of the face pull. Learned it from Daniel Vadnal and it has changed everything for me.
Me, too. Great exercise
It's an amazing exercise! So useful

Daniel is the goat. I originally saw Alex leonidas do it.
Those handstand scapula push-ups 🔥 🔥 🔥. Always impressive!!
They look easy but in reality, it's one of the hardest scapula elevation exercises 🥵
