Hi Teresa! Thank you for this very helpful video. I wondered what you would suggest for tackling a Valais Blacknose sheep fleece which is full of wonderful long curly locks?
Hi Vivien, I am pleased that you like the video, thank you! Take a look at this tutorial: th-cam.com/video/2XBFhuAkBN0/w-d-xo.html where I'm drawing a Ryeland sheep. I know that Valais Blacknose sheep have longer locks but I would still use a very similar technique to draw the longer locks. I would add some colour first and then use a kneadable eraser to 'dab' out the longer locks (dabbing out downwards in the shape of the Valais' locks rather than 'clumps' of dabs for the Ryeland). Hope this helps!
Thank you so much Theresa, very helpful tips. I love that donkey ear - do you have the complete head drawn, or the whole rabbit? It's utterly amazing what you are able to achieve - I can't get over it how your art is so real looking. I'm flashed🙏💕
@@TERESAJOYFINEART Thank you so much Theresa, I have founf your donkey, he is beautiful, I will give it a go - will probably take me forever, I will keep you informed - 🤞😁Thank you 🙏💕
I have never worked with colour pencils before, but after watching your videos I am definitely going to give it a go. Thankyou 👍

Thanks Teresa, I’m definitely going to try the V strokes 👌 not done that before. I do noses like you too. 😁👍
You’re welcome Lynn. I find the ‘v’ stroke quite useful at times! Happy drawing! 🙂
Do you use prismacolor pencils? I see so many videos with polychromos.
Beautiful artwork!
I've done an odd drawing with Prismacolor here and there but I mainly use Polychromos, Luminance and Pablo pencils.:)
Stunning work! which sharpener do you use please?
Hi Jan, I use the Swordfish Ikon 😊
