Hello, I replaced the carburetor and changed the oil. After doing so the engine will start up, but only last about a minute. It sounds like it runs out of gas when it dies. I checked all fuel lines and gas cap but for some reason it keeps dying. When I check the oil it definitely still has gas in it. Do you mind helping me with this?
Good explaination on this. I had interpreted that my problem was a blown head gasket. wish I'd seen this awhile back.. Thanks.
would be smoking like a train from pushing oil into combustion chamberl if was head gasket
@@wrench Selinoid in carb... Thanks!
You have an awesome voice, like a cool pastor.
That's a Nikki carb Kohler makes a carb kit 2275701-s and it comes with the tiny O-ring for the jet.
How do I get this O ring and would you know what the part number is?
Your local small engine parts house. They would need to look it up based on the model of your small engine
Brand new carb. On mine still does it
Great!
I just swapped Carburetor and added a fuel shit off valve. Problem solved
Shut*

did you check the fuel shut off solenoid? Not sure what it could be
Make sure your fuel pump is working.
Replace carburetor.
First issue is it has a nikki carb. Needs a walboro. Stupidest design ever.
