How can I extend the time that a user have to login again after stop using the Internet for a while? Because each time they want to use the Internet they have to login again even if it was just a hour or so on
Open your hotspot profile then go to login tab and check if your "HTTP cookie lifetime" is set to less than your minimum time limit for clients. Also, check the the time on router and make sure it is correct.
TKSJa my system time is correct and the cookie time was less and I set it to more and it's the same result.....now I set them to login by mac and it's seems to be working out

For the license it depends on License LEVEL, if Level 5 hotspot active session 500, and usermanager active session 50 users. if Level 6 Unlimited...

I am not sure why you are getting that error. Go to Hotspot---> click Reset HTML and see if that fix it.
