I made the peanut chutney and it came out well.I added 2 green chillies,two dry chillies and 4 dry kashmiri chillies.Finally it was a bit hot but the taste was delicious. For the Western palate if it hot,then add sugar to mellow the heat.Try this chutney with Iddly or Dosa.Traditionally venpongol goes with Sambar and coconut chutney.Enjoy.
