Another great review guys! This scent always fascinated me. Every time I smell it, I get sort of confused, but you guys hit the nail on the head with “autumn morning” which I’m assuming is what they were going for. I pick up dry leaves and a citronella note to my nose. Stirling definitely got creative with this one which is awesome. I just picked up frankincense and myrhh from Stirling after eyeing it for years and boy, that is quite the unique and adventurous scent. Very earthy and resinous, I think you guys would enjoy reviewing it if you get around to it. Have a great week and keep them coming!
Your energy in these videos is really contagious, I love the enthusiasm! I have just received the aftershave splash and hopefully the shave soap arrives tomorrow (along with the shave soap and splash of Executive Man and the splash of Margaritas in the artic). Can't wait to try them together.
@@TheBarbershopDuet I certainly did and I love it so far. It has a nice earthiness to it that I really like, but I have yet to try it when actually shaving.
Hey guys, love the videos! I'm really digging the scent descriptions and high effort production value. I found some scent notes for Autumn Glory, one of my favorite fall scents. Supposedly they are damp earth, cedar, oak, musk, sandalwood, black pepper, and apple. Like you though I definitely get some sort of bright citrus note in there too that ties it all together. I'm thinking lemon! Keep up the great work!
WHOA!! You're a good friend to HAVE!!! Oh I'm curious what in there combines to give us that lovey citrus? The apple maybe? Hey, thank you for finding us! Welcome!!! :)
Excellent descriptions you two! This sounds great since I ordered it and was wondering what other people thought about it. Consider me subscribed! You two have great chemistry and I love your excitement. Reminds me of myself when I'm testing fragrances! 😊😊😊
@@TheBarbershopDuet -- Well having been in this for about two years, I have tried quite a bit for shave soaps and creams; I have sampled quite a bit. My "Top 11" (couldn't do a "Top 10") would be -- in no particular order: Van Yulay "Milopita" and "Citrus Blast," Seaforth! "Black Watch" and "Spiced" (like old school Old Spice), Master Soap Creations "The Chieftain" and "Peppermint Latte," Zingari Man "The Watchman," Ariana & Evans "Vida After Dark," "Cuban Highball," and "Asian Plum," and finally Catie's Bubbles "Lancaster Leather." Also, as a fragrance enthusiast, if you guys haven't tried anything from Gentleman's Nod at all, I recommend trying their "Signature Leather Tabac" from Zaharoff, which is a niche fragrance brand based out of Chicago (and I know the owner, George Zaharoff, who is an exceptional gentleman). The soap is an adaptation of the Zaharoff fragrance and it is VERY potent and smoky, smoky leather! 😁😁😁
I love autumn glory it reminds me of grilled carrots seasoned with salt and black pepper grilling with oak Texas cider
RIGHT!!!!! Whoa, amazing what you can find within a scent! :) I love it for the citronella blast! Thank you for being here, my friend!

Hey guys great review.
I wouldn't have expected that soap to be bright.
We didn't either, but it's delightful! Do you have this one? :) Thank you for being here!
@@TheBarbershopDuet I don't have this one. I thought it was going to be like you guys said more of yet dirt autumn leaves smell.
RIGHT! Me too!! It's lovely in its lightness though! But yeah, I was expecting an earthier smell! A lot of citrus here!
What is an „Igor type of day“ 😅
Lol! Eyore from Whinnie the Pooh… he is often feeling a bit blue. 💜😀💈
@@TheBarbershopDuet OHHH 😂 in German he is called „I-Aah“ (sound a donkey makes). Makes sense now. I was like „who the f is Igor?“ 😂
