Thanx very much as you made it look easy. Couple things though, @ O:43 - You said “Two like big plastic screws” underneath to unscrew. There are three actually. And @ 3:38 - You said “So that’s one way of salvaging your Hoover”, I had to go back to start and the video description to make sure it was a Dyson we were working on lol. Thanx for the tutorial, the laughs as I appreciate it. Thanx, take care everyone, and stay real.
Great video....Had my DC14 for several years and hasnt missed a beat.I am in Australia and our Dysons are made in Malaysia and the plastic and build quality are No1.
do you have a clutched model, if so, it could be the motor to clutch belt, a belt that you cant immediately see, you have to remove a bracket. your clutch could be switched off or you might have a knackered clutch. if not clutched, your brush roll might be jammed.

Thank you so much! I learned something new about my dyson dc14
Hi My belt is not spinning? Thanks
Your belt might be too slack or the brush roll might be jammed. Is there any weird unusual noise coming from the vacuum ?
