    Coffee is also scientifically proven to have a few health benefits, from potentially fighting depression to lowering your risk for certain types of cancer. i can't function without my coffee creamer. i go through two or 3 containers a week. its the only thing i look forward to when i wake up to my shitty life. i want that creamy yummy coffee. i was looking at the ingredients this morning.. alot of them have soybean oil. no wonder my estrogen levels are too high and i have eczema flare ups. i think i'm going to go cold turkey on the creamer and try my best to drink coffee black. its in my mind that creamer makes me happy. does anyone else have this issue? it really feels like a drug lol. after that first sip, i feel my anxiety about going to my shitty job go away. its temporary of course because i have to go there. but ya'll get what i'm saying right.

How about instead of cutting it out, you cut out some other toxic waste you eat every day. Cut out the corn syrup and seed oils instead. Drink plenty of milk, have creamer, and get plenty of butter and pure olive or avocado oil. Stop drinking soda every day, that includes if it's diet. Drink water when you're thirsty. Eat actual fruit instead of drinking fruit juice as well.

Just experiment with your favorite flavors. Much healthier, and they last for up to two weeks, depending on the expiration date of the milk.

      Why do you need a serving size? Are you a 2 year old?
      This is typical American. In Europe there is no such thing as a serving size since people in Europe have been raised by intelligent parents and are able to think for themselves.
      And as one can clearly observe serving sizes don´t help anyway. The majority of the American population are obese since they spend their leisure time in malls and so called "restaurants" eating as much sugary artificial food as possible.

Add too much and it’ll taste like watery coffee 😂 point is I drank TOO much coffee. Used at most 1.5ml, at minimum 0.8ml of liquid creamer in each cup. So a teaspoon or so. After about maybe a full year, my gut hates me as much as I hate myself. Serious health issues from that much sugar and Micellar Casein. The part of milk your body digests like gum. 😂 well in hours instead of years.

      Sometimes. There's the cream that someone might use for desserts, but there are also creamers that have added flavorings and sweeteners that are made specifically to be added to coffee. The coffee creamers can be made with a wide variety of creamy ingredients and sweeteners.

    Isnt coffee addictive ?

    • @Prettyordying
      @Prettyordying 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It can be. I think it’s addictive because coffee usually contains a lot of sugar which is definitely addictive. The sugar and caffeine together give people dopamine boosts

    Great new genre: the ‘creamer screamer’ video. Interesting facts too. So thank you.
    How about a similar video on the British cup of tea? Is there a ‘Lemon Wedge Danger - how the tangy citrus slice in your Earl Grey could be corroding your teeth.'?
