@@JanusHoW Pride and shame are very derived and sophisticated emotions. there is ZERO reason to believe diablos or any wyvern are so emotionally complex because they would have no reason to be, and there is nothing stating that they are in spite of this either. You are right however that a de-horned diablos is unlikely to survive, as they can not secure a good territory and are more vulnerable to predators like glavenus or deviljho, but bloodbath isn't just a case of a diablos surviving, it's an exceptionally powerful and mutated individual that has become extremely people--aggressive due to many failed hunts.

@@jeronym894 there's not too much difference between the two, it's just that Apex is just Bloodbath without the themes, while also doing the roar to charge murder move way way less. The two phases are there still. Lastly, Apex has super lackluster steam explosions for whatever reason.
After fighting so many annoying monsters like Tigrex,Monoblos and Diablos you start thinking that they suck-And then you expect Bloodbath to be charging annoying abomination.Who could've guessed,but it's one of the best fights in the series.I am generally surprised that they managed to still maintain the charging Diablos personality,but also making it incredibly fun

@_ scüp The thing with vocals in music is that depending on what you want you need to be very carefull to not make themstick out too much. In a Song or a choir piece you of course want to focus on the choir, but this is not the case with instrumental pieces where Vocals are supposed to be nothing more but another instrument added to the entire experience. This is the case with Safi'jiivas theme, where the choir is so pronounced that aside from the exhausted horses everything else is suppressed to a point where you can hear nothing else. Same with Fatalis. With Kulves enrage theme they just managed to keep that fine balance.

Apex diablos is confirmed for rise, the secret mural in the training area shows all the apex monsters that will show up in the game, like apex rathalos, maybe apex diablos will get his deviant themes remixed with vocals, on a side note apex zinogre is also confirmed through the same thing

I love fighting this one Deviant, the armour and weapons are really powerful and so cool looking, not to mention the fight is actually pretty easy with adept style I went with the Longsword to beat her.

There's one little thing you did wrong with this mix...you left out the few seconds of silence that would normally be filled by Bloodbath Diablos shifting into its second phase.
What i find scary the most is when your on the final chance after getting it to near death, that's when the panic starts because it means 1 wrong move and the quest will be a failure, i feel this every time when me and Bloodbath are on our last legs and it's not a fun thing to go though when your trying to be careful

I wish bloodbath returns in a future game as a story boss, an emergency that the guild had notified many hunting settlements about his sudden appearance after sinking a whole desert city, presented as a disasterous freak of nature that was created by the negligence of irresponsible hunters that went after a juvenile diablos and literally mutated him into this monstrosity by breaking one of his horns at a young age, literally the only thing that he's missing is a cool storyline with some cutscenes, mh4u rusted kushala or mhrs amatsu style, and no i don't want him to return as a weird "new" form like apex diablos, i just want him in the flesh, like imagine a lockdown or evacuation from your own village/base because this guy just suddenly is here about to cause literal doomsday level fatalities due to his hatred of hunters and targeting human luving settlements, literally the thing that mhgu was missing, some story cutscene instead of just textboxes, but i get it that game was more of a celebration, like imagine this guy being teased in the overworld of wilds with his giant footprints close to a cactus colony, and you can literally hear his roar in the distance without actually seeing his model, also finding diablos corpses left by him all over the place before he returns in a final title update or smth, like that would be the perfect build up to a title update, also his theme should add the sandy olains theme from rise and the wild spire waste theme, the vocals being resevered only for the sandy plains section, if that's too much then make these themes presenet in a third phase arrangement Idk Oceaniz made the best video about him, y'all need to check it out
If they ever make a remaster of this theme, it would be 100 times more terrifying to add a deafening distortion similar to that of the Safi Jiiva theme when it targets you…

I learned this deviants moves and attacks every time i fight it so ik what it's going to do, i get 0 or 1 penalty while i solo it Level 3 is what i stopped at cuz i need a Ice/water Weapon for that, the only one ik is the Zamtrios DBs, but will it be enough against Bloodbath Diablos and Diablos at once? ( Got killed by a Cephalos on Level 1 Bloodbath (Because i am farming it) , and i was PISSED...and then i failed thanks to that stupid monster, it killed me with water after i got back up)
