I felt the pain with that pulley, it can sometimes be a nightmare pressing them on with that tool.
Good job. had to attach the pump to the resevior ( remove little clips) and put the pulley. ( wew). Keep it up

That tool is Flex Crowfoot Wrench.(size16mm)
A flare nut wrench would also work well, although I admit it’s not as clever
