@HarshitMishra89 what Sadhguru is saying is that, we have forgot or missed to understand what life is about. We have a misguided view that life is a race, and that the education system coming from the industrial revolution is the main issue. Production needed ramping up, and education was used as a tool to get humans to focus on productivity and winning. Look at our education system in india and elsewhere. Everyone is focused on rank one, rather than valuing the content of what they are learning. He says that we should stop this race. If life is race and end is death, it's not a big surprise that people are ending life to reach finish line (I am paraphrasing a bit here). The idea is to understand that life is about inclusion, not about exclusion and winning. If we all stop trying to defeat others or win, and pause to understand life, live and enjoy life, rather than accumulate wealth to be number one, then there's peace. If people stop accumulating unholy amounts of wealth for themselves, for their children, then there would be resources for everyone, everyone can relax and live with what they need and not what they want (I am paraphrasing and adding here).

@HarshitMishra89 what Sadhguru is saying is that, we have forgot or missed to understand what life is about. We have a misguided view that life is a race, and that the education system coming from the industrial revolution is the main issue. Production needed ramping up, and education was used as a tool to get humans to focus on productivity and winning. Look at our education system in india and elsewhere. Everyone is focused on rank one, rather than valuing the content of what they are learning. He says that we should stop this race. If life is race and end is death, it's not a big surprise that people are ending life to reach finish line (I am paraphrasing a bit here). The idea is to understand that life is about inclusion, not about exclusion and winning. If we all stop trying to defeat others or win, and pause to understand life, live and enjoy life, rather than accumulate wealth to be number one, then there's peace. If people stop accumulating unholy amounts of wealth for themselves, for their children, then there would be resources for everyone, everyone can relax and live with what they need and not what they want (I am paraphrasing and adding here).
