Nexus Standard MP V3 - Lets Talk About Iron

Most of the time iron doesn't trigger the meter but there are times when you'll get a 'visual' example of falsing, this can be misinterpreted. In this video I explain how I interpret if a target is ferrous. When you first start using the V3 the meter response can be quite confusing, I also cover what a masked target sounds like. After some use you'll start to know exactly what the machine is telling you but it takes a lot of practice to get to this stage.

Hi Paul. I have the V2 and the only criticism I have is the weight. A Back problem amplifies this. The V3 looks like it has a Carbon Stem, Golden Mask style, but I've never seen this mentioned by anyone. Is the V3 lighter or is there no noticeable difference..? Thanks.

The V3 is a little lighter than the V2 you should try the easy swing harness I sometimes use this when I'm swinging the larger coils
