Nicely done man. And this is very convenient idea as well. Now it’s up and out of the way 😎

An even better reason for relocation would be to add another 'level' of protection from condenser theives!

Great video, I just relocated my AC unit about 5 feet from its original spot. After relocating it and installing everything how long do I have to wait till I turn it on?

How’d you get it to the roof?

Damn, I didn't learn shit from this.
When you move it, you extend all the lines, vacuum and repump refrigerant in right?

L brackets from any hardware store and self tapping screws but don't damage a coil and hire a tech to do it PLEASE

Expecting HOW to anchor unit onto house roof including the materials needed but instead got a condenser's trip from the ground to the roof.

Me ether. Just makes things more difficult to access, if something goes wrong. It not every homeowner and HVAC tech's cup of coffee. Even though it a common practice out west in the more desert climates.

the customer really wanted this done and since they're loyal we simply oblige

I guess it's common in some states. I even heard some places put their AC in the attic. Both of these situations are weird for me. Where I am, it's either in the back yard or wall mounted. Just as a side note. All of our ductwork is metal, I've never seen ductboard.

most new homes now have the condenser on the ground and air handler or furnace and coil in the attic. Very bad for serving or repairing in extreme heat

Would had been a better video showing you moving the unit.
