Thanks Maria. I have used inside round but you could use undercut if that’s what you have. I would not pressure cook undercut, but would cook on a low heat.

Wendy,instead of 8 green cardamoms,try using 3 to 4 large black cardamoms( masala elchi),in your beef roast ,will make a difference, unless you do not get them in Canada
