I wonder if you could do a video on how to reduce & 'calm' the big frontal vein that can appear when you make an effort, or have the head a bit down... It is really giving me self esteem issues as it appears very often and i really dont know what to do about it. Thank you so so much in advance

Aysel could you make a video on how to relax the lower jaw so that when one is not talking or eating it can stop stop going forward ? I don’t have an underbite or overbite, my teeth are perfectly aligned but my lower jaw tends to to protude so I have to return it intentionally

When I do step 1 my skin seems to fold where my other wrinkles are (forehead lines and wrinkle above one of my eyebrow ). I wonder if I'm doing something wrong.
