One of my favorite things is when people hear, 'You have to take this pill, forEVER' and they say, 'No, that doesn't feel right', but then they experience this work, this sitting for 1-xhours per day to meditate, arguable more 'work' than just popping a pill, and they say, 'This feels True. I want to do this forEVER.'
