I think what you guys do is awesome and I would love the opportunity to work with you someday especially if we could trade my labor for help with a build that I want to do. I think that working with you guys would be a great learning experience and I would hope that I could possibly teach you a little as I have worked in a metal fabrication shop for over 10 years. If nothing else I hope to be able to meet you and Joe at some point so I can try to convey just what this channel has done to inspire me towards the build I want to do.
@UCs527kYp6cE4pdKwtA48nZw my email is suttonlarry259@gmail.com and I would love a t-shirt but I don't think I have won one and I didn't order one. I just really like what you and Joe do it's inspiring to see you guys work on the projects that you do with the tools you have available and you have made me get serious about doing a budget build of my own
I like your videos and the vehicles you build, I would love to go to an event of those beasts, good luck and much success in your company I wish you the best
I dont understand why the trailing arm links are mounted on the top of the axle!!??? Im no engineer but it all seems bassakwards the way your setup is configured! I am starting my own build and have a different vision on the rear suspension. Looking great !!! Going to be a solid rig!!! Thank yu
From scratch? Depends on the car. They start on a jig table with the belly pan section then build up from there. My ifs car started with the ifs bulkhead and we built from there.
@@carbonshocks Hey I see what you're trying to do editing Style 😉... Can you come in with some more emotion!!!!!!!!! Music was a bit loud not bad but just a bit, and I know you can't please everyone, but the first couple of tracks I was like....nononono.. (😖90s mix), The third track when Joe started helping you, I thought it was pretty decent. The closing song... well... it sounded like something I might sing in choir at church, good sounding song, just don't think it fits. I'm not trying to knock the video, just trying to help anyway I can. Just a little things I noticed you may think about tweaking... I know, you guys are working on figuring stuff out. You're not professional video editors, lol... your fabricators. You know I really kinda hope someday maybe you and Preston will be able come together under one roof. The guy's got some mad on point editing skills, and a great "weirdo funny" personality... His hydro dipping skills are amazing, dude could easily make a second channel just hydro dipping, but the rest of his mechanical & fabricating abilities well.... that's why it's called garage idiots. He needs to figure out how to get sponsors and what not and turn this into more of a profitable business... The skills you guys have he needs the skills he has you guys need... So Rock Bouncer the rest of the week, pretty cool build, but you're not finishing everything on it??? 😢 That's sad, I was just trying to figure out a name for it..... When are you guys starting in on the R8 project! That's something I can't wait for! Looks like Joe's about done with the rally car, it's looking like it's really turned into something! I'm waiting to see the rest of his Jeep build too!
On music I've made it a point that I edit and it's always 10% quieter than any voice and it's balanced across the board I don't know what I can do to make it even more quiet. Music choice well no matter what I do somebody's going to complain so I just kind of use what I think fits. I'm not sure what you mean by editing style some of the videos lately have been more just getting work done and less talking partially because we just got to get a lot of work done. Preston's gone off his own way we're not really doing anything together anymore. This bill will be at a stage that's called a roller the chassis will be pretty much done. The owner will be responsible for mounting all the accessories and little parts and he will finish up the rest of the build. We just don't have time and he doesn't have the budget to have us do it. I'd love to help a mountain make it happen but it's going to take him a while for the amount of money this needs just in parts. By the end of this week it will be able to sit on shocks bumps and roll under its own weight. Joe's car is about 80% done there's a bunch of little stuff we got to do but he is about there. Next up on the list is getting Medusa finished as we really need to get that car out testing and doing stuff and in the meantime we're working on all the plans for the R8 and it's going to be go time really quick on that and that Bill's going to happen very fast.

Thank you shane!
I could watch this all day! May I ask what the timelapse music is?
GREAT VIDEO AGAIN !
Thanks Alan!
what blade are you guys using in the chop saw. those cuts are super clean
What type your differential use with rock bourner
Hope the bend is big enough for the shock to fit if connecting the bump stop to the chassis.
Yes they fit inside perfect. We will have the tabs and top end finished today and video Thursday . :)
Great progress! Bur no fist bump, I am disappoint
We have not done those in a while. We were told it was stupid.
Hey guys, love the build. I know you have plenty on the go but when is frankenjeep coming back?
Gonna be a while probably November. Joe shifted focus to the rally car right now.
@@carbonshocks ok... gotta wait then. I really like that build. But we'll get to see Joe race which will be good
At the end of the day I'll support Joe and help him on whatever project. He decided he wanted to race so supporting him in that right now
Hi where could I get a sketch of some size I would like to build something like that, but I don't have much idea of size, thank you
Subscribed and commenting for that free red Honda hatchback giveaway 🙌🏽😎
👋👋👋👋👍👍👍👍💪🖐️😁Красавчик!
Will Josh bring it back when its complete
Yes the plan is once it's finished he will race some with us
That thing looks wild. Did you do the cad for that?
Nope! You can go back and watch the whole build from nothing to now. God check it out and we talk about every tube built in real time :)
Would love to but simply don't have the time in this day and age. Good luck though
What is the first tube you'd make when building a tube chassis?
From scratch? Depends on the car. They start on a jig table with the belly pan section then build up from there. My ifs car started with the ifs bulkhead and we built from there.

welcome back to the Top!
