- Complete build of an Ultra 4 race car called the UFO.
Compiled from over 1,500 pictures, plenty of detail is given on the construction and fabrication of a car that is needed to combat the brutal King of the Hammers race.

Jeff gave me a ride in this car. He took me up Spooners and outer limits at race pace and we hit 98 in the lakebed. Changed my life. I also help him tear out the transfer case in his shop. This car is amazing.
The workmanship and thoughtfulness that went into this build blows my mind!

Both are correct.
Wrong. My father is physicist and designs race cars. If I ever say motor when talking about an engine he yells at me.

Engine and motor are by definition interchangeable. Engine started out as a slang word the had the feel of too complicated to work. That being said, I use motor for electric and engine for internal combustion thingies.
Incredible! Few people have the design capability AND fab savvy to pull this off.......I would imagine you have to turn down work because everyone who can afford it will be looking for you. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
Always felt NASA could learn a thing or two from guys like this when it comes to building off-earth performance vehicles that could rock. I swear the things they build look so dang fragile!

My guess its because they need to keep them light. Plus they are much lower speed than an ultra 4 car since they need to be controlled from millions of miles away.

Thanks, the video actually took quite awhile to put together gathering all of the media. I really didn't want to do another project like that because it's so time consuming, but it was fun to do one. The timing was such that I had a friend who was interested in the project and could bank roll it. But I've turned my attention to other types of builds as you can see on my channel.
Both motor and engine are correct terms.
Just looking at the quality of your builds is intimidating. Think I´ll go back to bed:-/
